Really enjoyed the stay. Location was perfect for us visiting the trade center in Dallas. Also very convenient to some great restaurants. The apartment was well appointed and clean. The bed was very comfortable and couch was comfy for some TV binge watching. Only issue was with the thermostat, but communication was easy and remedied quickly. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Decent property, but probably won’t stay again due to noise. From the very beginning communication with the host was great. The value seemed pretty good for what it was. Check-in and check out were fine. The good part: good location, clean, nicely decorated, most things available for use such as kitchen supplies, small appliances, etc. There was even a nice guide that gave suggestions on things to do. The water pressure in the shower was nice and the linens on the bed were attractive.The less desirable aspects: the unit is up three flights of stairs, so not the best choice if you have a heavy or any mobility issues as there is no elevator available. The HVAC system is quite loud and add that to the fact that you are in the direct flight line of the airport it is quite noisy. I heard planes every 2 to 5 minutes during waking hours, but it did seem to quiet eventually overnight for a period of a handful of hours. The bed was not very comfortable and it squeaked loudly every time I moved. There were no blackout curtains on the window and a floodlight shining in all night through the blinds so the room never got dark. The microwave was not easy to use and no instructions. Also no measuring cups so could not really cook if you wanted.Notable but less important: the glass on the cooking range was shattered, and an animal of some sort had very obviously chewed up some of the coffee table, neither of which affected my stay.

Comfortable and quiet stay!

This was a very nice find for my one-week stay, and I could have easily stayed longer if needed. Immaculately clean, comfortable, nice big closet, well light, ceiling fan in the bedroom and functional kitchen and pantry. I slept like a baby! I would definitely stay here again.

Listing property itself was excellent and was clean and as described. I appreciated it had central AC and was relatively quiet at night making it well suited for someone in town for work.Two small issues- the door lock was tricky and I couldn't get it open for about 5 minutes. When I notified the contact for the listing I did not receive a reply, but luckily I eventually got the lock to work. The listing contact responded to me two days later which indicates potentially unresponsive person on weekends (I checked in Saturday night).

Place looked just like the photos. Parking would have been tight but luckily i was the only one in the back of the building. I didn't use the kitchen much, other than the microwave but it seemed well stocked. The bed and couch were average comfort level.
