Hallo allerseits, wir freuen uns, Ihnen unser geräumiges und komfortables Zuhause für Ihren Besuch in der faszinierenden Stadt San Antonio vorstellen zu können.

Wir bieten Rabatte für wöchentliche und monatliche Aufenthalte. Wir machen auch Geschäftsreisen und Langzeitmieten. Bitte kontaktieren Sie den Vermieter für weitere Informationen und Ermäßigungen.

Es gibt ein Video von 2012 und 2017. Einige Dinge haben sich mit Verbesserungen und Updates geändert. Bitte sehen Sie Bilder für diese Updates.

Wir befinden uns in der Nähe des IH10 / 410-Autobahnkreuzes, von dem aus die wichtigsten Stadtteile bequem zu erreichen sind. Das RIM-Einkaufszentrum, die La Cantera Mall, das Fiesta Texas, der internationale Flughafen San Antonio, die Innenstadt, das South TX Medical Center, der Zoo San Antonio, Sea World, mehrere Kinos und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir sind 15 km von Lackland AFB entfernt. Die umliegenden Städte wie Boerne, Canyon Lake, Fredericksburg, New Braunfels und San Marcos sind leicht zu erreichen. Sogar Austin Texas!

Unser Haus liegt auf einem 1 Hektar großen Waldgrundstück, von dem etwa die Hälfte eingezäunt ist. Es gibt viele Hirsche, die sich frei bewegen. Mais wird zur Verfügung gestellt und Sie sind herzlich eingeladen, etwas herumzuwerfen und zu sehen, wie viele Sie in den Hinterhof locken können. Sie lieben den Mais, können aber gelegentlich schüchtern sein. Unser Haus befindet sich in einem älteren Haus in einer ruhigen, von Bäumen gesäumten Gegend, in der Spaziergänge wirklich Spaß machen. Unser Haus hat möglicherweise nicht das neue Zuhause oder die neuesten Designmerkmale, aber es ist ein charmantes, komfortables und geräumiges Zuhause, in dem Sie sich hoffentlich wohlfühlen werden.

Unser Haus verfügt über einen wunderschönen, extra großen Wintergarten, in dem Sie unter den riesigen schattenspendenden Bäumen drinnen ein Nickerchen machen können. Oder verbringen Sie die Nacht unter dem Sternenhimmel.

Unser Haus bietet viele gemütliche Orte, um sich mit einem guten Buch zu entspannen, Spiele zu spielen, im Internet zu surfen, einen Film anzusehen oder Musik zu hören. Zwei Außenterrassen und eine Terrasse laden zum Entspannen oder Genießen im Freien ein. Lust auf Grillen? Es gibt eine Gasgrube, die abgefeuert werden kann. Auf dem Hof stehen zwei große Spielsets für die Kinder bereit.

Vier der Fernseher bieten Kabelkanäle. WLAN im ganzen Haus. Der 5. Fernseher ist im Kinderzimmer und hat einen DVD-Player. Einige Familien-DVDs werden mitgeliefert.

Wir haben Kaffee und Tee für den Start in den Tag bereitgestellt.

Freunde, San Antonio ist wirklich eine tolle Stadt, aber wir möchten, dass Sie sich nach oder vor den Sehenswürdigkeiten entspannen können. Wir hoffen, Sie werden unser Zuhause zum Ort werden lassen.

Zwei große Spielplätze für Ihre Kinder, Baumschaukeln und Hufeisen für Spaß im Freien. Der Hinterhof ist teilweise zum Schutz Ihrer Kinder eingezäunt. Es gibt ein Tor, das bei Bedarf verriegelt wird. Hinter dem Tor ist ein natürliches Waldgebiet und wo unsere Freunde die Hirsche leben und frei herumlaufen.

Insgesamt fünf Fernseher.

Für die persönliche Aufbewahrung steht ein großer, verschlüsselter Schrank zur Verfügung.

Alle Kissen und Matratzen sind mit Vinyl-Gehäusen für zusätzliche Sauberkeit geschützt.

Rosie does it right!

Our family of 10 grownups visited San Antonio and enjoyed all of amenities of the house. It was as advertised and given the chance, we would stay there again. Thanks, Rosie, for making our vacation lodging a hit. The location was good so that we could get to Sea World, the River Walk, and the Hill Country without troubles.

Great Place for family gatherings

Second time we stayed here. Really enjoyed watching kids and deer. Had 8 does and 2 10 point bucks one afternoon. House is roomy with lots of sleeping/dining space. Rosie was excellent host and did not even throw us out when we inadvertently tripped the alarm about 4:00 in the morning. Surrounded by trees with creek in back and large backyard with plenty of child entertainment. Watched football on 80" (?) tv. The only negative we found was lack of water pressure for showers.

Perfect home for family getaway in SA

I was pleasantly surprised by this home. It was perfect for our family. Rosie was very friendly and accommodating. This is not a luxury property, but the price is very reasonable for what you get - hard to beat this price for a 4 bedroom. The kids loved the two different play structures in the back and feeding the deer corn. The back yard is huge and backs up to a creek so it felt very private and park like. Loved using the grill and eating in the sun room. The tub in the master is huge and could easily fit 2 people. Large flat screen TV perfect for watching the game. Great location. Adequate parking in the driveway. Only minor annoyance was having to turn off all outdoor backyard lights at a certain time - apparently they bother the neighbor.

Deer were the highlight

Because of COVID-19 we were unable to to use our listing but our daughter and her husband and 3 children drove from Austin to stay in the property. They spent most of their time in the home with the deer being the centerpoint of their stay. She said that the property was a little dated but clean and the deer and the outdoor playground equiptment kept the children (7, 5, and less than one year) entertained. Not exactly the spring break together with my grandchildren in San Antonio that we had planned.

Wonderful!

We loved the backyard!!! We spent 4 hours watching the deer, playing in the yard and grilling. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Everything about our stay here was wonderful!

Amazing daily views of deer!

Awesome backyard! Feels like you’re out in the middle of no where but conveniently located to everything. Home is a little dated but well stocked with plenty of room and seating inside and out. Cable TV in the living room, only Roku on the other TVs, fine for kids that can work Netflix. Owner checked in frequently to make sure we had what we needed as well as to remind us of what we needed to do.

Perfect for us.

We have a lot of girlfriends in the San Antonio area. This was a good central location for getting together with great conversational gathering spots to choose from.......Patio, TV room, dining table. Plenty of beds. We only had 7 sleep over Friday and 5 on Saturday, so we could have been with much fewer beds as it turned out. But three others were there for the Saturday get-together. There was a shortage of towels considering how many could have been there to bathe daily, and a couple of boxes of tissues would have been very handy in the bedrooms. Otherwise, we felt it was well-equipped and stocked for our visit. Sadly, we paid for more than could be there. At our age, reunions become dependent on family health issues all too often. The property was exactly as represented in the listing. TV system was a bit difficult and it was World Series time for this baseball nut, but we managed. Owner was very accommodating for our needs and available when we had a TV emergency! Thank you, Rosie.

A Million Stars!

I wish it was a week ago. On this day, last week, I stepped foot in Texas for the first time in my life. My friends from Del Rio and San Antonio invited me out to spend the weekend with them. I haven’t seen them in years. On my last vacation, the planner (won’t mention who lol) decided to put 16 family members in a small 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house for a week. I was very, very unhappy. It was too crowded and I was miserable. So, on this trip I was determined to make sure everyone was comfortable. Even though the house can easily accommodate 12 people, it was perfect for just us four. After looking at the pictures and pretty much decided that it was the perfect house, I have to admit, it was the “w/DEER” in the title that sold me. I always miss my dogs when I’m on vacation. Also, I’m from Alaska and you can’t feed the wild animals that come into the neighborhood. Well in my case, it would be wild moose and bears! My friends arrived one by one. After greeting me, the next thing they all said was “Wow! This house”! From the furniture to the decorations, every little item, you can tell how much love Rosie put into the house. My favorite room was the kitchen. It has everything! There were these state of Texas molds where you could make Texas shaped burger patties, Texas shaped eggs, etc. We cut Jicama in Texas shapes and covered them with Tajin. Actually, I ended up making Wyoming, Kansas, and Colorado shapes, lol! We used every furniture setting. Early morning coffee in the breakfast nook, lunch in the sunroom (everyone’s favorite room), BBQ on the brick patio setting, drank a beer on the four chairs in the back overlooking the trees where the deer ran by, snacks and fast food on the picnic like table setting (room next to carport), our last big dinner on the 12 seater table in the dining room. With just the four of us, we made it fun. Two people on each end and two in the middle. It was like Game of Thrones style. If only we had robes and crowns!Our vacation ended with us making a birthday cake for all the birthdays we missed together and we sang happy birthday to ourselves! Spending time with my friends in Rosie’s home is more memorable than the River Walk and Six Flags Fiesta. We even canceled all of our plans on our last day just to spend it at home. Rosie is the sweetest person ever! If you stay here, please take care of it. It’s not just a house, it is a home. I hope you make loving memories as I did. Rosie! Sending you hugs from AK!

This property was perfect for our family vacation to San Antonio. Rosie was so pleasant and accommodating. The property is close to everything that San Antonio is famous for. The best part of the property is the back yard! Wild deer coming to feed in the yard just feet from you. My grandchildren loved feeding and learning about deer when we were not playing tourist. Can't say enough good things about Rosie. She followed up with us regularly to make sure the property met our expectations. You will not be disappointed with this rental. We will be going back again. We enjoyed our short stay at this property. It was large, had great views, and comfortable beds. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax. Although the home could use some updating, it was clean, spacious and met all of our needs. It’s located in a nice safe neighborhood.

Central location! Beautiful and relaxing!

We drove 18 hours for my sons BMT graduation. Rosie was there to greet us with a smile and open arms! There was 8 of us. 5 adults and 3 kids (17, 15 and 13). It was plenty big enough! Everybody could have their space or we all hung out in the beautiful sunroom played games and watched the beautiful deer! Ms. Rosie was always quick to respond to a text if I had a question. She is probably one of the nicest people you will ever meet! I was worried about it being to far from base but it was PERFECT and highly recommend it!

4th of July weekend getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our 2 year old grandson loved the deer. Rosie, the manager was great to work with. Highly recommend staying there.

Rosie was wonderful. The property easily accessed. My kids loved feeding the deer. Neighborhood was quite. Everything you need for a comfortable home away from home.

Awesome Stay

Thank you Rosie for sharing your home with us. We were in town for a family reunion and the location of your home was great! A lil resting get away from the craziness of the family and Fiesta. The home had everything we needed and Rosie kept in contact just enough to make sure we did not need anything at all. I will miss waking up to the Deer's in the backyard while I enjoyed my coffee in the sun room. My family enjoyed the stay as well. To see my granddaughters wake up and say are the deer's ready for breakfast was awesome. I wish you continue success in sharing your home with others as I will be returning next year in April hopefully your home is available so my mother in law can enjoy her 1st time in San Antonio when i bring her next year. Great Easter weekend!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay here! It is so homey- with plenty of room to just spread out and relax. The neighborhood is tranquil, but convenient to stores & restaurants. The back patio & sunroom were delightful. It was nice to have the corn to feed the deer. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals. The owner Rosie was very friendly & professional, and communicated well. We highly recommend this home, & look forward to staying again soon! Thanks!

Great place for the whole family!

Thank you, Rosie, for sharing your lovely home. It was exactly what our family was looking for! The kids loved the visits from the deer and all the fun play areas in the backyard. Watching March Madness games on your huge TV was a special treat! All in all, you helped make our visit to San Antonio extra special.

Our home is in a nice, peaceful neighborhood. People are usually out for a leisurely walk. Not much traffic at all. Deer roam freely about, and other small wildlife. We've seen squirrels, raccoons even skunks and coyotes. We are in a good location in north central San Antonio with easy access to major expressways to get around town. Whether you choose to stay in our home or not, we do hope that you will visit our wonderful city. Thanks!
