Important: If excessive noise levels are detected, a $500 additional fee will be applied.

Please avoid disposing of solid foods down the sink, as this can cause clogs and damage. To ensure everything runs smoothly, please use the provided waste bins for food scraps. If a clog occurs due to improper use, you will be responsible for the costs of repairs. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the plumbing in good condition!

Please make sure not to go up the stairs to the 3rd floor. The third floor is a private property and there are other guests living up there. Signs have been placed throughout the staircase when you enter to let you know which is the Airbnb unit. As soon as you enter and go up one flight of staircase, you will reach the Airbnb unit. Under no circumstances should you be going up another flight of stairs since it is restricted area.
