Sitting in downtown Breckenridge, our Condo is perfectly located. Steps away from shopping, dining and all that is offered from Breckenridge Main Street. The Peak 9 Quicksilver ski chair is a five minute walk away.

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is an ideal setup for a couple looking to enjoy everything offered by the town of Breckenridge and surrounding areas (hiking, biking, lake activities...).

Well equipped kitchen, with stainless-steel appliances and sitting island to enjoy a meal while viewing Peak 9 beyond the back patio.

Other amenities include: Complimentary Wi-Fi, flat screen TVs in both the living room and bedroom, wood burning fireplace (with fee) and parking for two vehicles. This home is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and will be stocked with fresh linens, towels and basic toiletries.
