The maintenance staff may need to access our apartment as required by building management. We will always do our best to provide advanced notice if access is required.
Early check-in: Please let us know if you plan a different arrival time. We can often accommodate early arrivals or late departures. The fee is $149 per service.
Parking: We do not provide parking at this location. Please use SpotHero to find parking spots nearby. The closest garages are at Legacy Parking Company on 365 W Huron St and River North Lot on 830 N Orleans St.
Package and postal delivery may not be available at this building. Please contact our team for more details.

Occasionally, noise disruptions from these sources or other external factors may occur and are beyond our control. Additionally, water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs, as well as unannounced elevator maintenance, may occur. Please understand that we cannot provide refunds or compensation solely due to these issues which are beyond our control.
