Nice Weekend Staying

My family and I had a nice weekend stay at this location. The rooms and space were a nice size. The location was close to local restaurants and stores. We enjoyed our stay.

Talk about embellished. This "three bedroom home" is actually a home cut into two separate rentals. In the downstairs rental, the "full kitchen" is actually just two hot plates and a sink next to the washer dryer and the water heater. A single outlet is above the hot plate, one already is used by a microwave. Absolutely false advertising. You also cannot change the temperature downstairs: upstairs probably has access to it. It was close to 110F during my stay and there was only a single fan to share between my party. The "third bedroom" is actually the back patio refurbished to be a bedroom, my third person was too scared to sleep back there. She ended up sleeping on the couch instead.

Felt like a temporary home

Being able to communicate with host's team was excellent. Any issues can arise at any time.. anywhere , so even though there were a couple hiccups , they were dealt with immediately. The home itself is a lower level of a split entry home and altho the kitchenette was very small, we were able to work with it surprisingly well. There was a lack of working space to prep food so we managed with a couple surfaces in the joining room where the mini fridge was located. We were two adults and four kids and the closed in backyard was perfect, the AC unit was a life saver for the evening sun and we spent most of our time inside the home. Walmart and Lowes were right down the street and altho the house is off of a main road, the streets were in the neighborhood were nice and quiet. The lower level home was very comfortable and I'd stay here again if I'm ever in the area in the future.

We're also pleased that you found the location convenient, with Walmart and Lowe's nearby, and that the neighborhood itself was quiet despite being close to a main road. Nice but lacking

Learned later that the other half the house is another rental. Could not control the AC in our rental. All controls were in the other unit which was not rented out our first night...so it was hot. We were told by property mgr to use the mini split on the porch to help. That unit did not do much. Price tags were still on multiple decorations and the protective coating still on the fridge. There were no towel racks installed in the bathroom or toilet paper holder. We got back the 2nd night and had no wifi...therefore no tv. Told by proprty mgr to call in the morning if not fixed. Called and was asked to go to the upstairs renters and ask them to check thier internet. That was awkward. Also, other renter had 3...and later 4...cars...made our parking spot difficult at one time. Our last morning, we woke to no hot water. Assuming the other renters used all the hot water. Made for horrible showers and dish washing prior to checking out. It was however, in a good location and in quiet and safe neighborhood.
