The condo was clean, located within walking distance of the beach and the village, and had the necessities for the beach and kitchen. The pool and the gym were easily accessible, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Great Location!

We recently spent three weeks in this condo. The condo freshly re-decorated and has new furniture, appliances, televisions and blue tooth speakers. The kitchen is well stocked including several small appliances, pots, pans, glassware, plates, cutlery and perfect sized coffee mugs! We loved sitting on the lanai with a cup or coffee or a cocktail. The property is well maintained and the staff is very friendly and responsive. The trolley stop is right out front. If you miss the trolley, the walk to the village is just under a mile. As another reviewer mentioned the master bathroom tub and sink do not drain well and need attention. We are looking forward to a return visit next year!

Needs heavily used items replaced

The location is nice. Right across from the public beach, easy walk and 2 areas for hosing off your gear and selves. Overall, the condo we stayed in was not clean and not well kept. There living room rug is gray with dirt. The couch does not have any springs left in it and was too uncomfortable to sit on. The love seat is ok. The twin beds only had one flat sheet used as a fitted sheet and a scratchy comforter. That was not ideal after a mild sunburn. The gear left has not been maintained so the chairs are rusted (my daughter was cut on one), the cooler is rusted so it won't close and the wagon is also rusted. General stuff like the super cheap tp and paper towels, we expected. Big stuff like a comfortable place to sit, sleep, walk and use on the beach left a lot to be desired.

Dear Valerie, I was sorry to receive a review from a guest that is displeased as that is never my intent. I've had a chance to communicate with the office and it's unfortunate that they weren't notified of the ill fitting sheets, comforter and other items mentioned as we would have made a point to correct. I do thank you, however, for bringing the items to my attention and I'm in the process of making some changes and improvements so thank you. I do hope this won't prevent you from visiting our community in the future.

It is great location across from beach, but very long walk to actually get to ocean. Comments raved about having everything you need for the beach, did not find that accurate. Most of chairs had mold as well as drying rack. Wagon broken had to open new one that was left there.Master bath need major upgrade on tub. The kitchen cabinets are rotting out so chunks in the dished under cabinets. Sweep to hard under sink it just falls apart. All wood in house was sticky and black around all door knobs. Guess expected more. Jelly or something sticky on bedspreads on twin bed, tv in master did not work and more ice under the tray then in it. Despite it all had a great week of weather but will never again rent without washer/dryer in house, very costly. Said provided buy did not see for a fee,

Hi Suzanne, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. I’m sorry that you had some issues with a few things and we take guest reviews and comments very seriously. It’s unfortunate that you didn’t contact the onsite management office with your issues as they would have addressed them immediately...that is why they are there and available for our guests. There have now been changes and upgrades in the unit and with the caretakers of the property and we have total control over the cleaning and are now able to provide upgraded amenities going forward. The tub has been upgraded and re-coated and cabinet drawers have been replaced. There had been a leak under the kitchen sink and it has been challenging to find someone to do a replacement of the cabinet but now that correction is underway. We’ve painted and all the kitchen cabinets and refreshed the rest of the unit as well.

Crescent Royale 103

The condo was cute, decor was nice, beds were comfortable it was well equipped with all the necessities. A couple things on the cleanliness- there were huge dust bunnies behind the beds- we pulled out to plug in phones etc.. the cold air returns and ceiling vents were very dirty. The shower head in the master bath was low water pressure and not easy to get shampoo rinsed out of hair etc.. the metal shower curtain hangers were annoying to open and close the curtain as they were constantly getting caught on the rod where it connects. The woman working in the business office and the man in there were very rude! There was a pest control person that came into the condo while we were there and we had no notice of it… our purses and jewelry were sitting out in plain sight. When we asked about it at the office we were told that there was notice in our welcome packet (which there was not) and there was also notice in the elevators. We stayed on the first floor and had no reason to go in the elevators. We did have a wonderful time and these couple of comments don’t take away from our experience!

Beautiful Property

This was an amazing condo and property. Perfect location right across from the beautiful siesta key beach. The unit was well stocked with all the amenities you need including beach chairs and toys for the kiddos and a beach wagon to transport all the beach gear. Condo was very clean. The pool and condo property is well kept and clean. I did leave a note to the owner that the master bath needed some care; sink drained slowly and tub needs a resurface. Special bonus the owner leaves a nice welcome basket of goodies. I would definitely recommend Crescent Royale condominiums and unit 103 specifically.

Siesta in the sun and storm

This was my first visit to Siesta Key. Crescent Royale Condos are perfectly located to enjoy the beach and the property pool, then take a ride or walk into the village for great food and entertainment. A tropical storm went through mid week, so a day of lounging was nice too!

Beautiful condo great location!!!

My wife and I stayed in this condo for a week. The condo is updated with very nice beachy decor. It's on the first floor which made it easier to get in and out to beach. The owner's thought of everything you can possibly need for the week's stay at the beach. We were there for a family reunion and I can honestly say our condo topped everyone in my family. I would definitely reccomend staying here and I will revisit again in the future.

Perfect location BUT

Okay, this would have been a five star for us BUT there were two show stoppers!!! The sofa sleeper had a dirty mattress cover and there were NO sheets for it! I went to the office to let them know and they told me that they were in a plastic bag in the closet, I told him I had already looked and there were none there we looked in all of the closets. They then took care of it and were very nice. The second thing and the BIGGEST was that there were these bugs (I found out from Donna our wonderful driver for the week that they are called sewer fleas/flies) that were everywhere. We thought they would go away…..NOPE! They were in the shower, coffee pot, refrigerator, EVERYWHERE! Nope, we did not leave wet towels anywhere. We washed clothes and towels daily. Nope, we did not have fruit or food left out. Everything was placed in the fridge (didn’t matter because they went in there when the fridge opened). Not happy with this at all with this and could of tolerated anything but these sewer thingys! Other then this the space and location was great.

Dear Beverly, It is most unfortunate that you encountered cleaning issues with the sleeper sofa. It is not used often and as a result the, status of the mattress and/or pad is not brought to our attention so I do thank you for that. Also, there should have been sheets for the sofa in the closet. I apologize for these oversights. As for your reference to the "bugs", I was using the condo just before your arrival. I did not experience any "bug" issues, nor was there any report the entire time you were there that there was an issue. If you had reported it, the office would have dispatched a pest control company immediately. We had a guest come and go since you've left and another one currently there and there has been no reports or complaints. I'm sorry you were not completely satisfied with your stay…..JB, owner
