An einem der unberührtesten Strände Malibus gelegen, ist dieses neu erbaute Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 4 Bädern absolut wunderschön. Wunderschön mit Crosscut Hemlock Böden, Marmorbädern und integrierten Geräten ausgestattet, dieses hochmoderne Hausautomationssystem, komplett mit Audio in allen Zimmern, elektrische Jalousien und Vorhänge, Klimaanlage und Sicherheit. Genießen Sie das Kochen in der Küche mit einem Doppel-Gas-Wolf Range, Subzero Kühlschrank und Weinkühler. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über Faltglastüren mit Blick auf den funkelnden blauen Pazifik und einen Gaskamin, um Sie an kühlen Strandabenden zu wärmen. Der Medienraum verfügt über einen großen Flachbild-TV, Surround-Sound und eine Vielzahl von digitalen Spielgeräten. Andernfalls kann der optionale Medienraum in ein viertes Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett umgewandelt werden. Der zweite Stock, hat drei wunderschön eingerichtete Schlafzimmer, darunter eine große Schlafzimmer-Suite mit Kamin und privater Terrasse mit Blick auf den Ozean. Glastüren vollständig einfahren, um eine perfekte Verbindung mit dem privaten Strand unten zu ermöglichen. Die weitläufige Dachterrasse verfügt über eine Einbauküche zum Grillen, ein Kamin und Lautsprecher. Natürlich geht nichts über die Tatsache hinaus, dass das Haus direkt am Strand liegt mit einer Außendusche, die man nach dem Schwimmen oder Surfen benutzen kann.

Fantastic Beach Villa on the California Coast!!!

What a spectacular home!! It was everything you want in a vacation house-great views, beautiful home that’s well maintained and lovingly cared for, responsive caretaker, and lots of extra amenities. Our ladies group of 8 enjoyed a wonderful long weekend getaway in a comfortable and cozy location. It couldn’t have been better!! *Please note that you will probably want a rental car on site as it is difficult to get an Uber or Lyft for timely pick up in this location.

Thanksgiving stay

Thanksgiving-We all had a wonderful stay and the house was great in all respects, well maintained and up to date. The kitchen was one of the best-stocked kitchens (Utinsels and equipment) we have come across which was greatly appreciated for our Thanksgiving feast preparations. The management was attentive and helpful. Truly a great find. For anyone looking for the quintessential Malibu experience, this is it. Thanks again for the privilege and opportunity to stay at your house.

Unforgettable week with my family in Malibu

We rented the house mid-August and had the most incredible time. The house has floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open entirely so you can hear/feel the ocean throughout the day. The private beach and warm shower near the sand are absolute luxuries and the house has everything you need from a large BBQ, multiple fireplaces (the one on the roof deck is amazing), and amazing amenities (soft sheets and towels). There was a lot of attention put into the house and my family and I felt like we were at a luxury resort in Mexico or Greece. The location is perfect as it feels quiet and secluded but you can access great restaurants within 20 minutes down PCH or @ Calamigos Ranch (Neptune's Net is great too and right across the street). Our only regret is that we didn't rent it for longer but we will be back.

Fantastic Home

Booked this house for some clients to stay for a local summit and it was amazing! They just loved all of what the home had to offer and could not stop talking about it. Way better than any 5-star hotel we could have put them in! Amber and Steven made everything smooth from the beginning and I can not thank them enough. Would definitely recommend! You won't be disappointed.

Amazing house!

I rented this house and the house next door to it for a small family reunion and it couldn't have been more perfect for us. This house fact that this house is so luxurious and right on the beach is amazing. We loved everything about it!

Beautiful spot, Gorgeous House, Perfect Vacation!

We loved everything about the house! Everything is very modern and comfortable. The views were amazing, and it was fun to see surfers out early in the morning and pretty much all day long. The outside spaces are amazing as is the interior of the home. We would definitely recommend this beach house and would gladly stay there again in the future! Amber and Steven were pleasant, and the communication process went very smoothly.

An Extraordinary House on the Water

This home is custom in every way. It is modern luxury done with exquisite balance and sensibilities. Unlike many other properties that say they are fully equipped, this house actually is. There are 3 bedrooms with adjoining baths plus a media room that can be used as a 4th bedroom. The ocean spray came up over the lower balcony during high tide - that’s how close to the water it is. Our small group was celebrating a special 65th birthday and this property created the most perfect environment. Believe the photographs. The house is even more appealing than the pictures represent. The property manager, Steven, was kind and very responsive. We celebrated the birthday girl on the roof, by the fireplace, while the sun set over the Pacific. The outdoor furniture was every bit as attractive and comfortable as the interior furniture. This is an exceptional property. Please know that it is in the far north end of Malibu. It is next to a surfer’s beach that has a cliff side walking path (a good place to walk a dog) though there are no open green spaces. Dogs are allowed on the beach - on leash. It is quiet, luxurious, contemporary and tranquil. Not an ideal place for small children, but ideal in every other way.

The Best Vacation Spot Ever

I hope this review does not set the bar too high. My bar was set high, but our stay at this home exceeded expectations in all areas. COMMUNICATION: discussions between the owner and myself was constant and easy. Someone met us at the house upon our arrival (although we were two hours late due to a plane delay). We were given a tour and shown how everything works and were able to ask any questions. We had person to call/text if there were any issues or questions on our end during our stay. This could not have been any better HOUSE LOCATION: I did my research on houses on the beach in Malibu. There were other houses that may have been less expensive, but for what you get at this location, the additional cost was MORE THAN WORTH IT. Have you ever been to a house where you could access the beach in the morning and early afternoon (at low tide) and walk on the private beach and swim, boogie board using the owners wet suits and boards and then early evening and at night (at high tide) the waves came up under the bottom floor balcony and crashed on the rocks below? When standing on the balcony, it felt like you were on a boat since the water came up under the house. Amazing! HOUSE INTERIOR: uniquely decorated, spacious, high end appliances, clean, comfortable beds. The pictures do not do the views from all three decks justice. You do not realize the ceilings are almost 20 feet high on the first floor. When the doors are fully slid open and the sound of the ocean is rushing in, it is a feeling that is hard to duplicate. There are two toilets in the house that are of the highest end possible. Who would comment about a toilet? If you used a $5,000 toilet for four days, you would want to talk about it, too. The house is fully automated which may cause some problems for older travelers (my parents, for example are late 60s and would have issues with this), but it is very easy to use the many iPads or wall controls that control all music in all rooms and climate. You will want a fully automated house for yourself. I chose this house to get away from the busy areas of Malibu, and this did the trick. The roof top deck is where we spent most of the time. Amazing 180 deg views of ocean, waves and surfers. We also saw dolphins and seals every day. If you have a chance to stay here, you will not regret the extra money you may be choosing to pay compared to other houses with a lesser view and lesser amenities.

Pictures accurately represent the house. Location is just north of Malibu which is perfect. Easy access to restaurants, but much quieter beach than central Malibu. We really thought it exceeded expectations.

Everything you could need! Rooftop was amazing, we could have spent the whole week up on the roof. Large glass folding doors bring the ocean inside the house. Super private, a great house!

Beautiful Beach House

Absolutely gorgeous house! With two well appointed floors of living space each with a deck and a third floor roof deck this house is perfect for enjoying the beach. All of the smart home amenities were convenient and easy to become familiar with. If you're looking to relax on a gorgeous beach in a beautiful house, this is the place to do it.

This house is amazing, as was the service by Amber and Stella. The 3 decks and views were stunning, particularly the 3rd floor deck with a fire place, lounge chairs, couches, speakers and grill. The home has been completely updated with iPad controls for all rooms, TVs, air conditioning and music. The kitchen and bathrooms are all new and impeccable. We will be back!

We loved it!

Renting through VRBO, you just hope the place matches the photos and reviews and this place did, perfectly. Lovely house and Steve, Amber and Rosa treated us well. We liked everything, but especially the master bedroom and the roof lounge area. Only negative is it is 18 miles north of the Malibu Pier, which itself is not an issue, but it seems like north Malibu is windier than south Malibu. In any case, we got a lot of wind last week. Also, on Friday, two neighbor kids spent most of the day riding a motorcycle on the beach in front of the house. I would have called the cops on them [I am sure this is illegal], but we were leaving the next day. I did track down their father 6 or 7 houses up the beach and chewed him out, but he was only moderately apologetic so I wouldn't trust that he wouldn't do this again. This would really bother me if they were doing it every day, because it is noisy and it really chews up the beach and you wouldn't want young kids competing with a motorcycle [we had a 3-year old with us]. There is a lot of sand on the beaches this year, but in a low-sand year, there could be rocks here; there were rocks immediately south of the house. In any case, we had a very pleasant week here.

Had an amazing stay at this beautiful beachfront house. Very peaceful, wonderful views and the house itself is impecable! Both Amber and Steven are a delight to deal with. Beautiful Oceanfront Beach House

We loved our stay at this beach house! Perfect location! Quiet, oceanfront, entrance off of PCH and beautifully designed! Great roof top deck! We loved seeing surfers at sunrise and sunset and the kite surfers in the afternoon with the wind. We saw whales, dolphins and sea lions right in front of the house. We will definitely stay there again!!

This house is absolutely wonderful. Steven welcomed us into the home with a bottle of wine and a tour with all of our questions answered. The pictures really do not do this house justice. We fell in love with the sound of the ocean and crashing waves lulling us to sleep nightly. The rooftop deck was spectacular! The beach is very quiet with a very private feeling.

Peaceful Serenity

Like many people I was nervous booking a property online without being able to see it first. Did the pictures match the actual property? Was it clean? But the second I stepped into the house and was greeted by the sight and sound of waves crashing just outside the over-sized windows/doors I realized how awesome this place was. As we continued to explore the house, each new discovery made us more and more certain we had found an amazing property. Situated on a quite stretch of beach, this home has everything you need for a sophisticated beach getaway. Waves pass under the house at high-tide and you can stroll along soft sandy beaches during low tide. Sleep to the sound of the waves and enjoy the gas fireplaces in the living room, master bedroom, or on the rooftop during colder evenings. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to cook evening the fanciest of dinners, with a 6-burner Wolf range and subzero wine chiller. There is a full outdoor kitchen on the roof with a gas grill and there is a entertainment system to pipe music throughout the house. The home is a little further away from the center of Malibu than others, but that turned out to be a plus. If you want to feel like you are getting away, this is the place, but it is still close enough to many great places if you want to explore.

Fabulous Beach House!!!

I cannot imagine going anywhere else. From the moment that we walked in, to the time we left, we were constantly amazed with the impressive quality of this property. I just can't say enough good things about this beach house...you must experience it to believe it!! This property embodied and went far beyond our expectations. Don't waste your time considering staying anywhere else; we have already booked our vacation for next summer.

Simply Amazing!

From the moment I stepped thru the door, I knew I was in love with this house... Not to mention how nice and helpful the manager and housekeeper were. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and falling to sleep to it was simply relaxing and all my stress left me. I still, to this day, get comments on our stay ..I wished we could stay there 24/7. My best experience ever with a summer rental!!
