East Jordan Condo across the street from the beach!

Guest, in contact with host all weekend, not once a mention of any concerns with the property. Even asked for an extended late check out. Had no issue with the unit guest had their credit card company issue a charge back, then when asked what the issue was filed a complaint with vrbo. The unit has some cosmetic damage under a deck from the harsh winter weather, no actual safety concern. Just very ugly looking, until the weather warms up and repairs can be made. Does not affect the stay being middle of winter here in northern Michigan and the porch not in use. Had the guest made any effort to bring these concerns to our attention during their stay we would of addressed them right away, our guest stay and safety is our number one priority but the guest never mentioned any issues or concerns during any of the multiple conversations during their stay. Never gave any indication or opportunity to resolve any said issues Only asking to stay longer, at no charge, only when questioned about the charge back were their issues with the unit a complaint filed with vrbo. Seem to the guest wanted a free stay, having there card Carrier issue a charge back then contacting vrbo and never once saying a word to the hoist of any issues or concerns, also threatening a bad review for questioning and challenging the charge back.
