This bright, and partially enclosed event space overlooks the river, has its own separate living room that can double as a food serving room. It two huge tv’s in the space (86 inch, & 55 inch) for dual viewing pleasure. Event space comes equipped with recessed lighting, overhead fans, floor fans, and foosball table. With excellent RIVERFRONT views of the Savannah River, it overlooks a manicured lawn, with beautifully decorated walking paths, equipped with pathway lighting, that leads to a private pier and dock that allows fishing directly off of your own private pier! Enjoy watching Otto the Otter & family of two swimming around your private dock & pier; luxuriate in front row seats to Fireworks that happen directly across the river; wave at the Jet skiers, & riverboats as they pass by. 24 HOUR RENTALS: 10am-10am
Access to event space as early as 10am for event set-up. Renters have a full 24-hours until 10am the following day.

1) MANDATORY QUIET HOURS Begin at 10:30pm.

f) Separate side access to event space; & access to private pier and dock for fishing

CLEANING & PROPERTY DAMAGE NOTE: EXCESSIVE CLEANING CHARGE OF $300/Hour will apply if property is left filthy; $50 per damaged/broken item.
