The lower unit living area is designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a 50-inch smart TV, a collection of classic mid-century and 80's/90's LPs for our record player, and an array of games, books, and DVDs. The light-filled room is furnished with comfortable seating. The contemporary décor, combined with natural wood elements, creates a serene and inviting atmosphere.

Upper Unit Kitchen and Dining Area:
The upper unit boasts a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the utensils you need for cooking. The open-concept design seamlessly connects to the dining area, which features a large dining table with seating for six, perfect for family meals or entertaining guests. The kitchen also includes a convenient coffee bar stocked with a variety of brewing options and accessories.

Lower Unit Kitchen and Dining Area:
The lower unit kitchen offers a similar modern setup with stainless steel appliances and a cozy dining area. The Garden Room:
Indulge in the luxury of our master bedroom, featuring a plush king-sized bed with a memory foam hybrid mattress. This room is designed for ultimate comfort, complete with extra storage, a super large closet, a cozy reading nook, and a streaming TV for your entertainment.

The Zen Den:
The second upper bedroom offers a beautiful view of the backyard and is perfect for longer stays. It includes a comfortable queen-sized bed, an office desk stocked with supplies, a desk lamp, a reading nook, an extra-large closet, and additional storage. This room also features a TV and a DVD player with a selection of disks for your enjoyment.

The Tree Room:
Experience tranquility in the Tree Room, where the memory foam hybrid mattress promises restful nights. Dual nightstands provide ample space for your essentials, and the room is equipped with a streaming TV. Additional comforts include a makeup mirror, hairdryer, and full-length mirror.

The Wood Room:
The Wood Room is a cozy retreat featuring a memory foam hybrid mattress and a rustic wooden accent wall. This room also offers a dedicated workspace complete with office supplies, making it ideal for guests who need to work during their stay. A makeup mirror, hairdryer, and full-length mirror are thoughtfully provided for your convenience.

The Forest Room:
Step into the Forest Room and be enveloped by its serene, nature-inspired ambiance. The comfortable memory foam hybrid mattress is complemented by a streaming TV for your entertainment and a lighted pine tree that adds a touch of woodland charm. The room also includes a makeup mirror, hairdryer, and full-length mirror to enhance your stay.

Bathrooms:
The two bathrooms are modern and well-appointed, featuring a shower/tub combo with elegant tile work, a well-lit vanity, and plenty of storage space for all your toiletries. Enjoy the provided plush towels and toiletries for a refreshing and comfortable experience.

You’re just 7 miles from downtown Seattle and perfectly positioned near the University of Washington, top healthcare facilities, and the city’s top sporting venues. Getting around is easy—you're only a mile from the Northgate Light Rail station and a 5-minute walk to the Rapid Ride bus line. Hop on the Link Light Rail for a quick, affordable ride to UW, downtown, Lumen Field, T-Mobile Park, or Sea-Tac Airport. It’s just $3.50 and trains run every 8 minutes, making your commute or game day a breeze.

Thornton Creek lower unit is wheelchair accessible and we have provided a wheelchair ramp, shower chair/grab bar for any disabled visitors with advanced notice.

Exterior cameras are at the front door of each unit and another overlooking the parking area. They record sound and video. There are NO inside cameras. However, we do monitor for decibel levels, smoke, and number of people present.

We are dedicated to offering a comfortable and natural environment for all our visitors. Please note that some of our bedding contains down feathers, and our decor includes natural and cowhide elements. Living in a natural environment means that we may occasionally see animals and insects. We do have bi-monthly extermination control.

We support eco-friendly, sustainable, and environmentally-considerate purchases and practices wherever possible. We forgo single-use items such as Keurig coffee pods, use Brita pitchers for filtered water, and recycle extensively.
