Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms are distributed across both units, paired with a queen sofa sleeper in a shared living area. Each bedroom offers a comfortable bed, storage, and calming touches, while the sofa sleeper is prepared with extra linens and pillows. The layout allows guests to retreat privately at night and reconnect easily during the day.

Kitchen & dining
Both units include a full kitchen, making shared meals and flexible schedules easy. Whether you’re cooking together or enjoying takeout after a day exploring Seattle, the kitchens and dining areas support relaxed, communal dining without crowding.

Living areas

The home includes air conditioning, heating, portable fans, laundry, and room-darkening shades. Families will find a crib, Pack ’n Play, high chair, baby bath, children’s books and toys, safety gates, and a baby monitor. Entertainment options range from exercise equipment to board games and reading material. The property is pet-friendly, with a private entrance, free on-site and street parking, and self check-in via smart lock.

Safety & peace of mind
Exterior security cameras are installed at the front entrance and parking areas. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are provided.

Thornton Creek is wheelchair accessible and we have provided a wheelchair ramp, shower chair/toilet riser/grab bar for any disabled visitors with advanced notice.

We are dedicated to offering a comfortable and natural environment for all our visitors. Please note that some of our bedding contains down feathers, and our decor' includes natural elements. Because we are a natural environment, animals and insects can we seen on occasion. We have professional, environmentally friendly, pest control services monthly.

We support eco-friendly, sustainable, and environmentally-considerate purchases and practices wherever possible. We forgo single-use items such as Keurig coffee pods, use Brita pitchers for filtered water, and recycle extensively.

Exterior cameras are at the front door of each unit and another overlooking the parking area.. There are NO inside cameras. However, we do monitor for sound decibel levels, smoke, and number of people present.
