Genießen Sie die Aussicht auf die Bucht, nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt! Angrenzend an die Convention Hall umfasst dieses hübsche Projekt mit einer Eigentumswohnung am Strand 4 Gebäude. Jedes Gebäude verfügt über einen oder mehrere Aufzüge, Zugang zum Außenpool, Parkplätze abseits der Straße und Bootsanleger. Bootsanleger sind gegen eine Gebühr erhältlich. Die Registrierung vor Ort ist nur nach dem Check-in möglich. Jede Einheit verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, ein Wohnzimmer und einen Essbereich mit Schiebetüren, die auf einen großen Balkon führen. Zur Ausstattung gehören eine voll ausgestattete Küche, eine Waschmaschine, ein Trockner und eine zentrale Luft. Einige Einheiten sind NICHTRAUCHER. WLAN ist in einigen Unterkünften verfügbar. In der Zeit vom 01.11.18 bis 31.03.19 hat das Gerät ein begrenztes Grundkabel und kein Internetanschluss. Bootsdocks erfordern eine bezahlte Gebühr und werden zuerst geliefert.

I would definitely stay here again. The kitchen could use some updating of stocked items. No mixing bowls, etc.

Accessible to Beach and Pool

We had a comfortable stay. We had a very nice view of the bay and were able to access the pool and the beach. The only problem we had was not enough hot water for showers and I would suggest an update to their pots and pans and two double beds instead of a double and single in their second bedroom. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

What's The Point?

The condo unit was shabby, dingy and out of date. Although I booked through VRBO, I had to deal with a realty company. The realty company could always point to the condo owner and absolve itself of responsibility. However, I could have no contact with the condo owner. So what's the point in using VRBO when there is in fact no "O"?

This provides guests with instant, responsive access if they experience an issue during their stay. A professional rental company can offer far greater resources than an individual property owner to assist guests and resolve any issues before, during or after the stay.

Great place to be!

We stayed here for bike week. Location was absolutely perfect! The photos of the property showed a basic walk-out deck which we did not have, but we did have a very nice view of the bay and enjoyed the sunset pretty much every night! Weather was perfect, property was clean. It was end of season, so the kitchen utensils, etc. were lacking as I'm sure throughout the season, some of the things have "gone missing". Will definitely stay here again if we are able to!

The location on the first floor, overlooking the bay was excellent. I really enjoyed the off-season rental.

Nice place

Nice place to stay if going to convention center. Bathrooms are outdated but other than that unit is vey nice.

Annual golf trip. Great proximity to everything.

Always a great time. Only down side was being here during "H20" WEEK very loud and traffic was bad.

The location is great. Parking is wonderful. Pier is awesome. Other than the cleaning people being there well after check in time; it was as expected. (Unfortunately, NOT due to over cleaning due to Covid. Seemed like they were late, and barely dusted living room and floors were 'sorta swept'. No mopping.

Great rental company / mediocre property

The booking, check in and check out process was easy and pleasant. The property wasn’t awful however the carpet had to be from the 80’s and dirty only 4 chairs around a table for 6 and property was overall outdated and poorly outfitted especially when it came to the kitchen. It served its purpose for a short weekend but I would have been very upset if I was staying here for a week in the summer
