Spacious villa with a fantastic view and a swimming pool

Introducing our beloved home on the hill: a spacious three-floor house with a newly built modern swimming pool, surrounded by a beautiful shady garden.

Our fully renovated stone house retains a charming vintage vibe. The villa is furnished to the highest standards with all modern amenities. There is also a working fireplace. There are two separate kitchens, both equipped with dishwashers, and one with an oven. The living room and dining area feature a large 75-inch TV screen. On the third floor, there is a small home office with a great view, equipped with a printer. Brand new washing and drying machines are available in the basement for your convenience.

The first floor is set up as a separate flat with a bedroom, living room with dining area, bathroom, kitchen, and a terrace by the pool.

The main two floors of the house contain three more bathrooms, a kitchen, two living rooms (one on each floor), a dining room, and six bedrooms. Four of the bedrooms have two single beds each, which can easily be transformed into one double bed with comfortable high-quality mattresses. All rooms offer stunning views of either the sea or the mountains.

Each floor has its own terrace. The terraces on the second and third floors offer great sea views, while the ground floor terrace overlooks the garden.

The house and property are perfect for a quiet yet entertaining family retreat. Easily accessible from the main highway, the house is surrounded by trees, providing a sense of both privacy and safety. Hiking and bicycle trails start just behind the fence.

It’s only a 15-minute drive to Budva, with its attractions, beaches, promenade, and historic old town. All the best Budva restaurants deliver here, but you might prefer the “Istok” restaurant, which provides great food and service and is within walking distance from our house.

The house is a short drive from the main and most beautiful places in the region, including the Austro-Hungarian fort, Sveti Stefan, Skadar Lake, Boka Kotorska Bay, and many more.

Cots and high chairs can be provided on request. Our BMW 5 Series car can be rented with the house upon request. Cleaning and tour guide services are also available on request.
