Upcoming Exterior Painting & Spalling Repair Project at Ilikai
A licensed contractor will begin a major spalling repair and full exterior painting project starting the week of July 28th. This is a large-scale effort that will take approximately 1.5 to 2 years to complete.
Work will begin on the 09 stack, which faces Ala Moana Blvd, as this area has experienced the most weather-related wear.
Project Timeline for this unit: August 2026 to October 2026.
What Residents Need to Know:
Work Hours:
Construction noise will be limited to 9 AM – 5 PM per house rules. However, in cases where weather delays cause schedule setbacks, contractors may start as early as 8 AM on certain weeks, as needed.
Lanai Use:
Guests can use lanais after 5 PM once contractors finish for the day. For extensive repairs, red tape barriers will mark unsafe areas. Your rental agent will provide updates if your lanai requires closure for safety.
Privacy:
For your privacy during work hours, we recommend keeping your curtains closed.
This great remodeled city view condo is spacious with 500sf interior space and a huge 120sf lanai that offers great city lights views with some views of the tropical mountains.
This condo that was updated and has a new wide open full kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large granite counter tops and plenty of cabinet space for all your groceries.
The living area has a sofa bed that two can sleep on, a huge 60" flat screen TV and AC(2021) that will keep the unit cool on even the hottest of days.
The bed area has a king size bed, closets and full curtains for those great afternoon naps.
The bathroom has tile flooring, new travertine walks in shower and granite topped cabinet with sink, all with modern touch.
What are you waiting for, this unit has it all, not to mention being in the best location in Waikiki, just steps to surfing and sunbathing on famous Waikiki Beach and not even a road to cross to get there.
