Unser wunderschönes Cottage in East Hampton mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern liegt nur 10 Gehminuten von der Stadt entfernt. Es gibt einen schönen Gehweg, der direkt in die Stadt und geradewegs zum Main Beach führt! Du kannst zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad oder beim Joggen in die Stadt oder zum Main Beach gelangen, und zur berühmten Round Swamp Farm sind es nur 3 Gehminuten. Es ist ein gerader Weg über einen schönen, malerischen Gehweg von unserem Cottage durch die Stadt bis hin zum Main Beach. Es sind weniger als eine Meile zu Fuß bis zu Nick and Toni’s, dem East Hampton Grill, dem Citarella’s-Lebensmittelgeschäft, den lokalen Bauernständen, The Palm und vielen exklusiven Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie zahlreichen anderen tollen Restaurants, Kneipen, dem Kino, Kunstgalerien, Buchhandlungen, dem EH-Bauernmarkt und vielem mehr – alles in Laufnähe. Du kannst sogar den kostenlosen Shuttle zum Main Beach nehmen oder in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Egypt Beach fahren. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar! Du sparst dir Uber-Fahrten und die Suche nach Parkplätzen. Die besten Strände sind nur 5 bis 10 Minuten mit dem Auto oder zu Fuß entfernt.

Etwas zurückgesetzt von der Straße, private Zufahrt, eingezäuntes 1-acre-Grundstück.
Das Dorf ist zu Fuß erreichbar, und es gibt einen Jitney-Bus nach NYC.

Lovely East Hampton stay in a great location. Steps away from Round Swamp Farms, this charming house offered a lovely pool , great fenced in yard (which our dog appreciated ) all within a quick drive to town, the beach and to Springs proper . Josephine was a lovely and responsive host and I would highly recommend staying here if you are in need of a place out east !

We came back for a second year and had a wonderful time! Our kids absolutely loved the pool and our dog loved running around the big open yard. The house has a feeling of warmth and it’s great being close to town.

We had a fantastic stay!! The location was excellent, with convenient proximity to East Hampton Town and Round Swamp Farm (a very quick walk away), making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Josephine and her husband were fantastic hosts and a pleasure to rent from. They were extremely responsive and went above and beyond to help a small issue that we had with the WiFi. The house was spotless, and the kitchen/grill were perfect for the evening we cooked at home. The pool was a highlight of our stay, and the fully fenced yard was a huge bonus for us. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this property!

The pictures that the host has uploaded for this property are EXTREMELY misleading. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very worn down and not reflective of what is shown in the property listing. Additionally, as other reviewers have mentioned there is some issue with their smoke alarm system. The alarm randomly went off on its own twice one evening.

Josephine was a wonderful host! She was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and happy to help with every request we had. Check-in and check-out couldn’t have been easier or more flexible, which made our stay completely stress-free.The cottage was cozy yet surprisingly spacious for our group of six, and it could easily accommodate another one or two guests if needed. It was thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need, and the air conditioning worked perfectly—a huge plus during the summer.The outdoor space was truly outstanding. The expansive lawn, beautiful private pool, and peaceful setting made it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring.The location is ideal—just about a mile from East Hampton Village, with a wonderful farm stand right across the street. It’s perfectly situated for shopping, dining, and beach days, while also being a convenient base for visiting Sag Harbor, Southampton, and Montauk.We had a fantastic stay and would happily return. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!

Josephine was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the lead up and during our stay. She even got the pool opened up early for us! The location was stellar too - close enough to the action but far enough away to get privacy. Wish I really lived there!

The host was VERY responsive which was key for us. Also the location as well. We walked to Round Swamp - the small stand across the street was fantastic - and we loved the SHORT drive to Serafina and the Ocean. Hope to stay again next year!

Loved being close to Round Swamp Farm and very easy to get into East Hampton. Cottage was exactly as photographed and everything was clean. Unfortunately we did have issues with the house alarm system and connected smoke detectors at first, but the host was very quick to call and give a fix.

The house is on a main road with lots of summer traffic in case you're looking for a quiet location. The neighbors are renovating a house right next to the pool so there was a lot of construction noise. The umbrella in the back was not as pictured and broken. Pool chairs threadbare and one slattered w some red substance. There were 5 dishes and utensils. But your own ice, refrigerator is not connected to make ice. 1st floor shower has a wood window that is rotted and molding. The upstairs shower/bath is located in a bedroom so anyone upstairs has to walk through to use. The shower rod only goes halfway due to the ceiling angle so there will be a puddle after. Upstairs main bedroom had an 8 light chandelier of which only 1 bulb worked and by the last evening that died. The high top chair in the living room had a broken back but someone was kind enough to leave the parts amd bolts on the floor. Also, there is not volleyball net.

Loved our stay! Perfect location in East Hampton!

We had a great weekend at this cottage. It was the perfect size for our group of 8 people - house came with everything we needed. We utilized the BBQ several times throughout the weekend for meals, but was very convenient being able to walk to round swamp farm about 100 yds away. House was centrally located and made it easy for us to travel to events in Montauk, and also around Amagansett/East Hampton. Would stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at Josephine’s house. We have rented in this location before - great for access to town, Citarellas and all the shops. Kids enjoyed going to Moo Moos every night for ice cream. We love Round Swamp Farm just a few yards away. But we were surprised to find a farm stand loaded with fresh fruit, veggies and flowers every morning. Based on the honor system, there is listing with prices and a pay box. We loved checking out the daily offerings! The pool is amazing as is the expansive backyard. We WILL be back!

Sweet and well kept house

We enjoyed our stay but as people who don't know the area well, we felt a bit misled on the proximity to town and the beach. The road is SO busy and SO noisy. It was great to have the bikes and our host was a wonderful communicator for our various questions during our stay. One tip we meant to mention - the ice machine needs to be fixed!

We had a great stay at this home in East Hampton. It was a great location for our trip and our group and we loved having a pool at the house. There were some minor things that for the price we paid would have been nice to have like extra toilet paper, washing detergent and dishwasher detergent. We have 7 guests and the house allowed for 8 and we had to go buy toilet paper because there was not any extra. And we couldn’t wash and reuse our towels for the 4 days we stayed because there was no detergent left there. We also noticed some spiders in one of the rooms so I think it could use a pest spray. But other than that it was a great stay for our weekend trip!
