Summary:
Welcome to Phoenix VII 7317 in Orange Beach! This complex has everything you can want on your vacation from an indoor & outdoor pool, sauna/fitness center, racquetball & tennis courts, shuffle board, and let's not forget..beautiful beach views! This 3 bedroom/2 bath corner unit is extremely spacious that can house up to 9 guests! Relax on the wrap around balcony off the living space, as well as the balcony off of the primary bedroom! Enjoy the full stocked kitchen, furniture, and endless views!
The Space:
You must be 25 years old to book.
Upon entering the unit you notice 2 bedrooms located on the left side. The first bedroom features a queen bed and twin. This bedroom also includes a dresser, hangers, extra pillows/blankets, and cable TV.
The second bedroom is the primary suite with a king bed and en-suite bathroom. From the primary bedroom, you can enjoy private balcony access that overlooks Perdido Beach Blvd and the tennis court views. This bedroom also includes a dresser, smart TV, cable, walk-in closet, and extra pillows.
From the entrance, take and right to see the 3rd bedroom, 2nd full bathroom, and the washer/dryer. The 3rd bedroom features a queen bed, dresser, extra pillows, ironing board/iron, and cable TV.
As you walk down the hallway you will see the living space which includes a large full stocked kitchen, living room, and dining table!
The living room features a smart TV with cable, a sleeper couch, an additional couch, and a chair.
The dining table seats 6 and there are 3 barstools at the kitchen bar for additional seating!
Let's not forget the direct balcony access from the living space! Walk directly out onto the wrap around balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, evening sunsets, and afternoon naps! The balcony has an outdoor table that seats 4 and 2 sun loungers!
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to everything inside the unit including private balcony access overlooking the beach and balcony access overlooking the tennis courts from the primary bedroom!
Guests will also have access to the indoor/outdoor, tennis courts, fitness center, sauna, lobby areas, racquetball courts, bbq pits, and shuffle board!
The Neighborhood:
Parking is paid parking! We will send you a link to purchase up to 2 overnight parking passes for your stay for 2 vehicles. Each parking pass is $55. You can get day parking passes at the front desk.
You can park anywhere in the outdoor parking lot with your parking passes.
Other Things to Note:
Parking will now be paid digitally through an online portal by VRP Access! We will send you a link to register and pay for your parking passes prior to your arrival! No more need to purchase parking passes at the front desk.
Interaction with Guests:
We will be available on Airbnb to assist guests before, during, and after their stay!
