The cabin itself is beautiful and located in a peaceful setting, but unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to the expectations due to several key oversights.For the price (over 800 fir 5 days), the cabin lacked basic essentials: no table to set things on so bags and items we bought had to set on the floor, no plates, no bowls, no basic seasonings like salt/pepper, and a huge closet that offered no hangers. The bathroom was beautiful too but no place to put hygiene items except around the sink (a shelf would be nice).The email before arrival told us to bring beach towels as those won't be provided only to find out a pool/hot tub weren't even available, which was disappointing. One of the main reasons we booked this place was for the Xplorie Adventure package. After we arrived, I tried logging on to select our 1 daily adventure and it kept giving me a login error. After reaching out to support, we found out our particular cabin was excluded from the package because it was a Greenbriar Cabin. There is no documentation of that when booking so this was very misleading.Overall, it felt like we were camping in a high-end shell of a cabin - lovely design, but missing the comfort, convenience, and amenities that should come with the price. Before booking, make sure you are aware of the exclusions that come with the Blue Moon cabin and don't be deceived like we were.
