Historic Bonaparte Castle is a Boutique Hotel and Events Venue in downtown Salisbury, North Carolina. The residential apartment/guest house sits next to the castle and is a gated, newly renovated two-bedroom suite complete with a living room, dining room and full kitchen on the private grounds of the 1897 granite castle listed on National Register of Historic Places. The apartment overlooks the castle turret and gardens. Local attractions include: Bell Tower Green Park, Train Depot, Polar Express Train Museum, Dragon Races at High Rock Lake, Cheerwine Festival, Public/Private Golf Courses, and Historic Downtown Salisbury. **Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Parties or get-together are not allowed unless the venue event space is also rented.

Beautifully remodeled older building. The bathroom was especially lovely. Kitchen was small but usuable (we didn't cook). Wonderful dining space and TV area. The neighborhood is a little noisy...probobly only noticable to us as we like to sleep with windows open. We will stay again.

Great small place

Everything was great. I would just recommend TVs in the bedrooms. I have PTSD so I need the noise to help me sleep and many others with this condition need it as well. The property is beautiful. I would love to come back to see the castle finished.

One night getaway

This space was well suited for our group. We only stayed one night and we weren't in the house very much. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen space in small so if you are planning to cook an actual meal there thag could be troublesome.

Lovely Apartment

The home was beautifully appointed. Located close to everything. It didn't have a "gym" but is close to the Y and Planet Fitness; close to Harris Tetter for all your food and beverage needs, walkable to surprisingly great restaurants like Carpe Vinum. BEDS WERE Ritz Carlton comfortable. Slept like a rock. If I am in Salisbury again, i hope that this place is available. Absolutely recommend.
