Situated on 5 acres and tucked away in a more private area of Gatlinburg, but only 15 minutes to downtown and all the outdoor fun of the Smoky Mountains. This house is located in the quaint community of Cobbly Nob, next to the Gary Player designed Bent Creek Golf Course.

If you love to cook for your family or friends, this is the place for you! The kitchen is completely stocked and has a $12,000 Wolf 48" Gas Range with 6 Burners and Infrared Griddle.

Here are the sleeping arrangements:
⁃ 9 bedrooms (1 king, 7 regular queens, 2 queen bunk beds)
⁃ 5 of the bedrooms are ensuites with their own full bathrooms
⁃ 1 of the bedrooms has a regular queen bed and a queen-size bunk bed (for a total of 3 queen beds)
⁃ 1 other bedroom has a queen-size bunk bed (for a total of two queen beds)
⁃ The main bedroom has a king-size canopy bed
⁃ NOTE: One of our recent upgrades is to replace two of the queen beds with brand-new queen-size cedar bunk beds. And we also added a king-size canopy bed to the main bedroom upstairs. These beds are not yet pictured, but we’re certain you’ll appreciate these upgrades!

Kitchen/Dining Room

If you’re looking for a place where you can prepare holiday meals for the family or group meals for a retreat, the well-stocked kitchen makes Mountaintop Rodeo Lodge a great choice for you!

The dining room inside Mountaintop Rodeo Lodge has plenty of seating spaces for your group! There are also two high chairs available and extra stools and spill-over seating in the living room! The only thing we don’t provide is the chef!

Game/Theater Rooms

With all the exciting group activities in Gatlinburg and nearby Pigeon Forge, you might think that staying at the cabin will be the last thing on your mind. But when you book your stay at Mountaintop Rodeo Lodge, you’ll definitely want to plan for some casual nights in.

The fully loaded billiard and rec rooms in this lodge, for one thing, are perfect spaces for hours of fun—either on a rainy day or just an afternoon when you don’t want to make the drive to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge.

The billiard room has a pool table, arcade game and a flatscreen TV. You can watch the game while you play some pool or arcade games with your buddies.

Our separate theatre/game room has theatre-style seating, a 75-INCH TV, arcade-style basketball game and air hockey table. Perfect for hours of fun with the whole group, or send the kids to this rec room so the adults can have some quiet time!

Outdoor Spaces

The Smokies are perfect for a large-group vacation at any time of year, though summer and fall tend to be the most popular seasons for a visit. Why? In the summer, you can take advantage of all the beauty and outdoor fun in store at the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and in the fall, you can soak in the variety of colors from the changing leaves on the trees.

But the great thing about staying at a cabin like Mountaintop Rodeo Lodge is you can soak in these amazing sights right from your back porch. We’ve got TWO levels of decks that run along the back side of the cabin, both open air and enclosed, giving you plenty of space to sit back in a rocking chair with a drink or just get some fresh air and enjoy our direct view onto Smoky Mountain National Park!

One of our most popular amenities is the hot tub which you can relax in after the end of the day with other people in your group. Located in a fully enclosed deck, you will NOT have to worry about mosquitos like you would at some other cabins!

This cabin also offers a few comforts of home, like access to high-speed GIGABIT wireless internet and a washer/dryer while you’re away.

KIDS – AMENITIES AND DISCLAIMER

Two highchairs and one pack and play are provided in the house for guest use. We can also provide an additional pack and play with at least one week notice. While we do allow children, please note that the house is not “child proofed” and we also have two open staircases. As such, children MUST be supervised by an adult at all times.

Checkout process

Imagine relaxing on one of the back decks with a cup of coffee taking in the lovely views secure in the knowledge that our checkout procedure is super simple and convenient vs. spending the last few hours of your trip doing laundry, sweeping up, washing dishes and taking trash to the city dumpster (not only at the end, but during your trip, yes many property managers force guests to do these things).

But not us! During your stay we will come pick up trash (with one days notice) and take it to the dumpster for you so you’re not wasting precious vacation time with your family and friends acting as a garbage collector.

Imagine ending your trip ONLY having to:
⁃ Leave used beds unmade
⁃ Leave used towels in shower/bathtubs
⁃ Turn the temp to 78 in the summer and 68 in the winter and turn off lights
⁃ Make sure you have all your personal belongings
⁃ Lock the doors

Events

Please note that we do not allow weddings, wedding receptions or other events on the premises. We also do not allow outside professional photography without express consent.

Pests Policy

We have a monthly service that provides pest and animal control, but we are located in a mountain location where bugs, mice, spiders, and other pests are sometimes part of the environment. Message us to report any issues. You agree to allow us sufficient time to remediate the problem. Whether management, or you, decide that you must vacate the property, we will contact customer service to find you alternative lodging. You agree, by booking, to a pro-rata refund for the unused days only.

Bear safety

This is bear country and we very frequently get bears in our yard. Please practice bear safety and dispose of all trash in the bear safe containers available in the front of the house.
