This recently updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers a private and comfortable stay with a split floor plan that places a bedroom and en-suite bathroom on opposite sides of the living area for maximum privacy.

LIVING AREA: Unwind after a day of adventure on the comfy leather sofa. Stream your favorite shows on the 55" Roku TV, or simply enjoy the ambiance of the gas-log fireplace, easily controlled by a thermostat for the perfect mountain-retreat feel. Fast Wi-Fi is included to keep you connected.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, including:

- Dishware, wine glasses, pots, pans, and utensils
- A dual Keurig machine (drip and K-cup)
- A starter supply of K-cups, creamers, and sugars
- The dining table comfortably seats four and is the perfect spot for a game night with our collection of board games, cards, and puzzles.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: Both bedrooms feature new beds and hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. Each has its own en-suite full bathroom with a tub/shower combination, stocked with fresh towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Primary Suite 1: Features a King bed, a 55" Roku TV, a dresser, and a clothing rack.
Primary Suite 2: Offers a Queen bed, a dedicated desk and chair for a comfortable workspace, and a walk-in closet.

OUTDOOR SPACE Step out onto the small private balcony to enjoy a breath of fresh mountain air with your morning coffee.

PET-FRIENDLY DETAILS -
- We welcome up to 2 dogs, each under 35 lbs (enforced per HOA rules).
- There is a designated dog walk lawn in the community, just steps outside the building.
- A pet fee applies for added cleaning/maintenance (add a pet to your reservation and the pet fee will be added automatically).

- Free parking for up to 2 vehicles
- 2nd-floor unit (stairs only — no elevator).
- For those traveling in warmer months - note that there is air conditioning in main living space; bedrooms are cooled with fans and mountain air. The living space has an AC unit but the bedrooms do not. Most evenings cool down in the mountains so you can open the windows or circulate air from the living area with the floor fans.
- Blowing Rock quiet hours are 11 PM – 7 AM.
- Some noise from neighbors or courtyard is possible — the complex is a mix of vacation rentals and full-time residents.

The condo is just a short walk from Main Street and within minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Appalachian Ski Mountain, Chetola, Tweetsie Railroad, Bass Lake, Moses Cone. You'll be right off HWY 321/221 and approx 15 min to App State/Boone.
