The house is set along the 4th fairway of Birch Ridge Golf Course. Nearly every room has a sprawling mountain view with the famous Mount Redoubt front and center. You will enjoy 3000 sq. ft. of custom home with an open floor plan, formal living space and entertainment room, master bedroom and bath with an extra large tub and a queen bed. Other bedrooms include a 2nd room with a king bed, a 3rd room with a queen bed and a 4th bedroom suite with two doubles and its own television. There is a twin sleeper sofa in the downstairs living room plus full and twin air mattresses. The home easily sleeps 12. No need to fret if the weather isn’t the best; after a long day of activity request sauna services and enjoy the hot sauna and manicured garden around the house. A barbecue is provided as well as outdoor seating to fully enjoy the view and Alaskan summer. Fish processing is not allowed on the premises, but processors are nearby this central location.
