Located within walking distance to beach, restaurants, bars, nightlife, convenience & liquor stores. Many other amenities within driving distance. Enjoy local coffee shops, juice bars, shopping, golfing, fishing charters, water activities (paddle board, kayak, canoe, jetski rentals), hiking, yoga, pickle ball, fitness centers and more!

Good find

Very cute first floor unit! No stairs to climb. Nice, secure, and convenient. Would recommend for a nice beach getaway for a couple or small family.

Great Location

Melissas condo was everything she described and very clean. My grandparents owned a condo in Marshfield for a long time until this past summer so I can say with experience it is very close to the best part of the beach ! Being able to bring my dog was a HUGE plus as well. Only thing it was missing for me was a TV to watch while relaxing after the beach but I would definitely stay again.

Rachel was a great host. Any questions I had she had answers. The location was excellent. We were straight across the street from a great restaurant and the beach. The location was also in the middle of a lot of places on the South Shore. Driving distance to Plymouth and Hingham. Rachel also provided some wonderful suggestions for restaurants. I had the greatest donuts at the coffee shack. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who’s looking for a beach getaway. I am hoping that I can plan a stay for next year.

Studio condo near ocean

This is a very clean studio condo that includes One Queen bed and an inflatable mattress. There is a 1/2 wall separating the bed from the living room/kitchen area. Missing a toaster but otherwise well equipped kitchen. It’s ideal for a couple wanting a beach getaway. It’s within walking distance to the beach so very convenient.

Perfect beach condo

We stayed at Condo by the Sea for a quick trip. We went to the beach prior to check in and the host invited us to park our car in the lot so we were able to have that easy access to the beach. The host was very quick to answer any inquiries. We found the condo very clean and comfortable. We did not cook or eat in the condo but it had all the amenities to do so. The location was great! A very short walk to the beach. I will definitely go back to this property.

Small space

The place was clean, parking was great. The front door to the building was difficult to open. We had 3 adults in the place, and it was tight. We could not use the tv as it was not mounted, nor did it have feet to sit on a surface.

To clarify for future guests: the listing clearly states this is a one-bedroom condo with one queen bed and one queen air mattress, accommodating a maximum of four guests. The photos accurately reflect the layout and size of the space. While it may feel tight for some, especially with multiple adults and luggage, the capacity is clearly communicated in the listing. The front door is in proper working condition, though we understand it may require a firm pull due to the secure building entry. Lastly, the TV is fully functional and includes a mount, just not wall-mounted. It can be used as intended and has never been an issue for other guests. I encourage guests to reach out during their stay with any concerns so we can help in real-time. Thank you again for staying.

Location is wonderful. Green Harbor is a close community, and the apartment is 1 block from the beach. There is a little convenience Mart and nice restaurant close-by, and more within walking distance. The apartment is more of a studio than a 1 bedroom. For 2 people it was adequate. The 'kitchen' would be difficult if you wanted to cook much- the sink is in a corner that is hard to get to, and everything is - small. We were there for a family wedding, so the apartment was fine for our needs. Rachel was quick to respond to all questions, and the place was clean, and the bed was comfortable.
