RUN! DO NOT STAY HERE!

DON’T fall into this trap. This host is a SCAM artist. I booked a 2 week stay in June 2024 with this host. I communicated with the host beforehand and confirmed that I will need to work remotely the entire time during my stay so I will need reliable high speed internet and air conditioning as the majority of my stay was going to be spent indoors while working. Upon arrival there was no usable internet and no air conditioning throughout the apartment as clearly advertised in their listing. I communicated with the host that I was unable to stay, they agreed as there was nothing they could do to resolve the issues. They tried having me connect to the neighbors WiFi but it was completely unusable anywhere in the apartment. Their idea having air conditioning was having one wall air conditioner in one bedroom, of a three bedroom apartment. And that one air conditioner was not even working upon arrival either. Sounds like complete misrepresentation, right? I then documented everything, promptly contacted vet o, they agreed it was misrepresentation. It’s been 94 days, I’ve waited for them to do the right thing before writing this, the HOST is still refusing to return my money. For a place I did not stay. I was there less than an hour. I quickly left to find somewhere last minute for 2 weeks while traveling alone for work in a foreign country. I even left a tip to be nice. They have stole $1000 of my personal money, I fully intend on charging them for theft. RETURN MY MONEY CRIMINALS!

Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in und Kommunikation

Jolies vacances

La location est propre. La clim est mal situé, placé dans une chambre. Du coup les pièces principales n'en bénéficient pas. Sinon pour le reste ça allait. La location est doté d'une petite terrasse privé, et d'une belle piscine mise à notre disposition. Les hôtes sont là en cas de besoin, très sympathiques. Etat des lieux non effectué à l'arrivée, par contre effectué à la sortie. 150€ de charges nous on été facturé à la sortie, payé en liquide, aucuns documents signés faisant foi de l'échange, ni pour l'état des lieux, ni pour les charges. Tout est à la confiance. A part ces petits détails vite réglés,nous avons passé un séjour agréable. Très belle région!

A comfortable apartment with fantastic views.

We had a very enjoyable visit to Abruzzo. The owners of the apartment were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and in good repair and equipped adequately although would recommend a medium-sized saucepan. We enjoyed the wonderful view from the windows and, being early risers, were spoilt by the amazing sunrise each morning. A car is absolutely essential and we drove many miles exploring the region.

Tres deçu

Accueil peu chaleureux Annonce mensongère ... Pas de vue sur la mer il s'agit d'un appartement et non d'une maison . De plus les propriétaires habitent juste en dessous de l'appartement et ce dernier est accolé à une autre maison ... Venons en a la piscine dites privée ... Il y a des horaires à respecter pour aller se baigner . Pour pouvoir se baigner il faut demander la clef . De plus dans la piscine il ne faut pas sauter pas de bouée pas de jeux .... Et j'en passe La propriétaire de l'appartement nous épie sans cesse : "vous n'avez pas le droit de faire ci ni Ca ..." Les enfants n'avaient pas le droit de descendre pour aller jouer au ballon car le bas leur appartient ... Elle nous répète sans cesse "private" Nous n'avons pas le droit de faire venir d'autres personnes dans l'appartement sans les avertir. Nous avons fait venir des amis pour manger un midi et ils sont reste dormir le soir ... Cela a été un scandale . A l'entrée nous avons une liste de choses à ne pas faire . De nombreuses règles comme se coucher à 22h et se lever à 7h ... Une aberration. Côté vue , nous avions une vue sur un tas de palette juste devant la maison ce qui est dommageable . Le calme n'est pas le maître mot de cet endroit , un bar est située juste derrière les chambre et la musique y est forte jusqu'à tard dans la nuit . Le matin nous entendons les engins de chantier des voisins partir (vers 7h). Rajoutons que l'annonce de cet appartement se trouve sur plusieurs site et que les tarifs diffèrent à chaque fois . L'eau l'électricité et le gaz sont à payés en plus ... Rien d'autre à dire que lamentable

We make clear for all complaints The title is ‘’between mountain & see’’ and is true ,25 min for sea and 25 min for mountains, on announce we use only the word ‘’apartment’’ (is difficult to rent a house on a first floor) and we write the owner (and his wife) live on ground floor. .When you arrived we explained: the rules are normal and minimal educational rules for who lives on apartment and use the private swimming pool (nobody ask our guest to go on bed on 22.00 o clock - it’s a joke ).All over the world ,the kids without one adult can’t go on swimming pool , even when is private (only for the guest )-for this it was necessary one adult request the key. When you rent and pay an apartment for 6 persons you can’t decide (without inform the owner )put inside how many persons you want (normally the guest ask before make a reservation if is possible to bring more persons than allowed in ad ,like this all the people rent and pay for 2 persons and arrive 8).For the music -you talking about beautiful festival makes for the administration and the commercial stores from our town and was dedicated in the honor of famous pizzica from Salento (dance ,food and music) and the tourist come from 50-100 km from this festival(we feel sorry if you doesn’t like the Italian tradition ) and all this for one evening. The different price is normal because every travel agency put the different commission and different conditions (the commission is between 0-30%).Gas,light and water –payable on consumer even this is write on ad , because we thought it was right our guest pay as much as consumption. We are hoping that we've cleared all the complaints Franco & Mirella
