As a potential guest of this Airbnb property, you are required to abide by the following rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in immediate eviction without refund:

1. Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Any unregistered guests will not be granted access to the property.
2. No parties or events are allowed without the prior approval of the host. Any unauthorized gathering will result in eviction.
3. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the property. A $200 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking in the unit.
4. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum during these times.
5. Any damage to the property or its contents will be the responsibility of the guest to cover the cost of repairs or replacements.

By booking this Airbnb property, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the above rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in immediate eviction and additional charges.

Pool:
1. **Acknowledgement of Risks**: By booking this property with a pool ("Pool"), guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with Pool use, including but not limited to the risk of drowning, injury, or illness.

2. **Supervision**: Guests understand that they are responsible for supervising themselves and any minors in their group while using the Pool. There is no lifeguard on duty, and all guests swim at their own risk.

3. **Safety Rules**: Guests agree to abide by all posted Pool rules and safety guidelines provided by the property owner. This includes but is not limited to:
- No diving in shallow areas.
- No running or horseplay.
- No glass containers in or around the Pool area.
- No swimming alone, especially for minors.
- Proper use of flotation devices if needed.

4. **Health and Hygiene**: Guests are responsible for maintaining their own health and hygiene standards while using the Pool. They agree not to use the Pool if they have any open wounds, infections, or contagious illnesses.

5. **Property Maintenance**: Guests agree to use the Pool and surrounding area responsibly, keeping it clean and in good condition. They will promptly report any maintenance issues or concerns to the property owner or Airbnb.

6. **Indemnification**: Guests understand and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and Airbnb from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from or related to Pool use, except for injuries or damages caused by the property owner's negligence.

7. **Liability Waiver**: Guests acknowledge that the property owner and Airbnb are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur as a result of Pool use, except for instances of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

By booking this property, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the terms of this Airbnb Pool Clause. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in penalties, including but not limited to forfeiture of security deposits or cancellation of the reservation without refund.
