Just 35 minutes from Syracuse, 7 minutes from Auburn's town center, and 15 minutes from Skaneateles, guests can explore Finger Lakes wineries, hike the trails of Fillmore Glen Park, browse shops and eateries in Skaneateles village, or catch a Broadway-style show at the Merry Go Round Theater in Emerson Park.

Set on a spacious 3/4 acre lot with ample room for outdoor games, the cottage features a large front and backyard, along with a generous driveway for parking cars and trailers. For added peace of mind, a single camera monitors the driveway area.

Inside, the cottage comfortably accommodates up to six guests with beds arranged in three bedrooms: One with a king bed, another with a bunk bed, and a third with a full bed. The king bedroom is equipped with heat and air conditioning, and a closet. The double bedroom has heat and ac, a dresser, but no closet. The kids bunk bed room has a dresser, but no heat, ac, or closet. Keeping the door open to this room along with a fan helps to keep it comfortable. The main living room is furnished with a sofa, chairs, and includes amenities such as a 65" TV, a 5-disc CD/DVD changer with Bluetooth connectivity, and a speaker selector for indoor and outdoor sound.

The fully stocked kitchen provides all necessary appliances, utensils, and ample storage, making meal preparation a breeze. A keurig machine is provided for morning coffee.
