The Space:

Welcome to Gotham House I, a stunning triplex located in the heart of the city. This bright and spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom apartment spans nearly 2,000 sq ft and includes an additional 800 sq ft custom-designed private garden oasis with a grill. This unit features high ceilings, walnut floors, and large windows that fill the space with natural light. The main and guest bathrooms are equipped with soaking tubs, rain-showers, and custom cabinetry. The spacious, private garden with it’s plants and shrubs, including bamboo, promotes the inclusion of softening elements to inspire energy flow in this unique urban dwelling. The fourth bedroom has a Peleton, a workstation, and access to the private garden.



To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.

Located in the heart of Hell's Kitchen, this triplex is a short distance from the hub of the Broadway Theater District, with a variety of dining and transportation nearby. The block is lined with townhomes, trees and cultural icons, including the Actor's Studio.



Other Things to Note:

Pets are allowed at this property for an additional $350 fee. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.

Monthly Housekeeping Policy:

For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.

Security Deposit Policy:

- Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold

- Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold

- Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent



All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
