The space
A brand new listing, the Hermosa Beach Surf Bungalow is situated steps from the sand in the most perfect location. A vintage bungalow with an updated interior, you can experience living on the beach while being 6 miles from LAX airport and 19 miles to Beverly Hills. There are two beds and one bath in the main house and a detached casita with a desk and futon. The kitchen has been recently renovated and has a new stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and farmhouse sink. Two bedrooms have Queen beds, closets, and dressers for plenty of storage. There is a separate guest casita equipped with a desk and a futon that can be used as a workspace or additional sleeping area. A dutch door off the living room takes you to the front porch and/or Strand for walking or biking. The back dutch door leads to your private outdoor turfed area equipped with comfy teak chairs and a Weber grill. Outdoor space on the beach is a rare find and you can keep the back door open for an ocean breeze indoor/outdoor feel. The large laundry room is located off the turfed area and can be used during your stay. Situated between the Manhattan and Hermosa Beach piers - restaurants, shopping, and coffee shops are an easy walk and beach volleyball is right outside your front door. Beach chairs available for use and a foam surf board available upon request. There is also a 1 bed / 1 bath apartment available behind the house. It is detached and private and can be rented with this property or separate.

-2 Queen beds (main house) and 1 futon which becomes a full sized bed (casita).

-Guest casita with dedicated workspace and full sized bed. There is a shower and bathroom in the casita as well but please note it's very small and not updated.

-Please note that this home does not have AC. We have a portable AC that can be used upon request. Most homes on the beach do not have AC and rely on ocean breezes.
