Smoking is not allowed on the property. HOA requires a copy of your driver's license or passport and all adult guest names for approval. A rental agreement will be emailed to you after booking and must be signed prior to your arrival.

Security Cameras: This home is equipped with exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests, neighbors, and property. Cameras are located at the front door and outside of garage. Cameras monitor exterior areas only. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private outdoor areas where guests have a reasonable expectation of privacy.
