Enjoy the private dock on Follins Pond where relaxation and nature await! Take a kayak down the scenic Bass River, relax, bird watch or fish. You just may see one of the seals who spend summer vacation at Follins Pond. Have a boat? Bring it along and enjoy water sports on the pond or take your seaworthy vessel down the Bass River to the open ocean. Awake each morning to the view of Follin's Pond from the king bed in the master bedroom which has an adjoining bathroom with jacuzzi. Patio with grill overlooks the water and is perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening after a day on the water or at the beach. Move inside to the A/C and spacious open living room, dining room, well-outfitted kitchen and sitting room. Dining table, kitchen table and breakfast bar provide ample seating options, perfect for entertaining. The second bedroom also has a king bed, great for vacationing with friends or family. The second full bathroom is just down the hall from this bedroom. The pull-out couch in the living room also allows you to awake to a water view from the large bay window. The living room also has a desk with water views and the whole house and outdoor space has Wifi for the best work-from-home views you could ask for. Laundry room has washer and dryer for guests use. Finally, a bonus room in the partially finished basement boasts A/C and heat, a 65" TV and a fun, separate space to hang out. The property is a quick 10-minute drive from ocean beaches in both Dennis and Yarmouth and minutes from the Cape Cod Rail Trail and many popular dining options. A ferry to the islands are 15 minutes away, along with whale watching trips. Centrally located, we find our home to be well-located to enjoy all that Cape Cod and the Island's have to offer.
