N. Michaniona is a beautiful seaside fishing village southwest of Thessaloniki, with easy access in 20 minutes from the airport via Plagiario. In 2021, the filming of Antonio Banderas' movie "The Enforcer" took place on its beach road on Polytechniou Street. Its natural balcony with the most beautiful sunset, with palm trees, cafes and bars is strongly reminiscent of Miami, as well as the basketball and tennis courts located in its harbor.

It houses the second largest fish ladder in Greece and of course offers many dining options, fresh fish in restaurants and ouzo restaurants, cafes and bars on Polytechniou Street and the port, a canteen with excellent fresh and affordable food in Drosia and Ag. The remaining two floors are inhabited by us and our family. Cooling and heating are carried out using an air conditioner. Excess consumption is charged extra, based on the provider's price list. Reduced consumption, on the contrary, is rewarded with locally sourced gifts for long-term stays.
