Outdoor and Sun porch are shared space that includes a huge in-ground pool, beautiful screened in sun porch, outdoor dining, fire pit, trampoline, & swingset.

The pool closed September 18th, will re-open next Summer.

There is a door right off the kitchen that connects to a shared laundry room. Just send me a message or give me a call and I will unlock that door for you to access all laundry amminitys! This is only available for more than one night stays and for an additional charge of $3 per load (includes wash and dry and all supplies includes detergent, softener, steamer, and iron. I hate to add an extra charge because had too many ppl take advantage on a one night stay doing 3+ loads. The dryer costs so much in electric that I had to modify this amenity. Thanks for understanding!! Anyone staying 3 or more days is welcome to do 2 loads for no charge at all. If you are staying a week or longer and want access just let me know!
