Anchor’s Away is a home about five years old that is centrally located with quick access to the Mushroom Pool and Pirates Bay Water Park. It is designed with family members of all ages in mind. It features many entertainment options including TVs in every room, a DVD player in the upstairs den, and cards and board games. A handicap-accessible covered entrance and a main floor with Queen bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, den and screened lighted deck all make the home a great option for great for seniors. The large open kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

Chesnut Bay has 2 Beach Areas with Chairs and Umbrellas furnished . Boat and Jet Rentals on Site. 2 Pools, Basketball court and Swing set for the kids. Free Kayaks, water bicycles also on the Great Escapes side there is 2 playgrounds , basketball court, ice cream shop, gift shop, waterpark, jumping pillow, corn hole, horse shoes.

Getting Around:
Great Escapes rent golf carts for 75.00 @ day and you have to be 21 years old to rent one and 18 to drive. No outside
golf carts are allowed. We are only a short distance to Dollar General in Leesburg and 10 minutes from Walmart. We have several local food recomendations.

Other Things to Note:
Maximum 12 guests. No smoking. The owners of this home do not allow pets. For health and safety reasons be aware, when occupying the home, the owners do have their personal pets in the unit.

TERMS
Three night minimum for peak season weekend stay. Four night minimum for holiday weekend stay during peak season. Three night minimum for Thanksgiving and Christmas. $250 cleaning fee and 10% Alabama lodging tax applicable per rental. Cherokee County surcharge tax $2/night.
