Stay at this quiet, beautiful, fully renovated, two story home. It offers 3 bedrooms with full beds. 1 bathroom on the main floor. Spacious open kitchen, living, room, and dining areas. The property also has a large deck and back yard available for use during rental period.
*Property is thoroughly sanitized between each visit.
*Maximum 6 guests including all children
*Downtown Albion, Albion Public Safety, Albion Public Library, and community parks are within walking distance.
Allowing more individuals at the property than stated in the reservation is considered a breach of contract and may result in the duration of your stay being cancelled and a vacation of the property immediately WITHOUT REFUND. Please include the true total number of guests that will be at the property in the initial reservation. All changes to the initial reservation must be communicated and approved by the host and/ or co-host prior to the occurrence of the change. We are happy to answer any questions.

• Return our home as you found it.
• Check in is contactless 3:00PM-9:00PM
• No Smoking or vaping inside, smoke outside only.
• Please dispose of butts in outside receptacle or ashtray
• No illegal drugs/substances or paraphernalia
• No illegal activities or trafficking.
• No loud music or noise. Please keep noises contained to inside of home. If local Public Safety are called for disruptions, you may risk evictions without refund.
• No unregistered guests. All guests’ names must be included in original reservation. Host reserves the right to verify guests.
• No locals inside or on property.
• No parties, gatherings, or events.
• Take trash out frequently. Dispose of trash in receptacle (brown lid only) that is located on right side of the house.
• Do not park on the grass.
• No Pets
• The basement is not a part of the rental space.
• Secure property when leaving. Close windows and lock doors. Turn off lights.
• Please do not rearrange furniture, use it as intended.
• Take care with sharp items on leather.
• We prefer no food in the bedrooms and living room, please keep them clean.
• Toilets are for toilet tissue and bodily fluids only. Please use waste can for other items.
• For guest staying over 10 days, housekeeping may be required.
• When air conditioner is in use, please remember to close windows and doors.
• Please do not run air conditioner 24/7, turn off when you leave the house. Help us conserve energy.
• If you break something, please inform us.
• Lock out fee is $25.00 fee per call. Please do not damage the locks or doors.

• Check out time is 10:00 AM
• Please leave things as you found them. This includes counter tops, stove, refrigerator, sinks, vanity, floor etc... clean and in order. Cleaning items are under the sinks.
• Please wash your dishes. Leaving clean dishes in dish rack is fine, we will put them away.
• Place used towels in the laundry basket or bathroom tub. We will remove bed linen, do laundry and remake beds.
• Dispose of trash in outside brown receptacle at check out.
• Make sure the stove is turned off.
• Lock all doors (including rear entry) and turn off the lights when you leave.
• Make sure you have not left anything behind.
• Leave the keys in the designated area.
