As you arrive, the towering red cliffs and rolling hills unfold before you, embracing the estate in their fiery hues. Stepping inside, the main level greets you with floor-to-ceiling windows, flooding the space with golden sunlight and breathtaking views of Cathedral Rock, Thunder Mountain, and the National Forest beyond!

Step outside and immerse yourself in the unparalleled beauty of Sedona`s landscape. Multiple meticulously outfitted spaces await, inviting you to soak in the breathtaking views and create unforgettable memories with your group. The wrap around flagstone patio features a private 8-person jetted hot tub where you can unwind and rejuvenate amidst the vast red rock beauty. Fire up the propane grill and enjoy the best sunset view in town. Gather your group around the wood-burning chiminea, or relish a delightful meal together at the outdoor dining table. This outdoor haven sets the stage for an unforgettable Sedona experience.

MAIN LEVEL

The living room is warm and inviting, with a plush sectional sofa perfectly positioned for sunset-watching or cozy nights in front of the 85” Smart TV. The gourmet kitchen, with its stainless steel appliances, large island, and stone countertops, is ready for anything—from quiet breakfasts to celebratory feasts!

In the dining area, a spacious table for eight sits beneath a massive picture window, offering front-row views of Sedona’s breathtaking landscape as you dine.

Nearby, the Secondary King Suite offers a private retreat, complete with a luxurious ensuite bathroom featuring a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity, all positioned to capture the serene beauty of the surrounding red rocks!

UPSTAIRS LEVEL

Climbing the stairs to the upper level, you find the crown jewel of the retreat—the Primary King Suite, a private oasis with a walk-in closet, ensuite bath, and a secluded balcony overlooking the landscape! A coffee bar and mini-fridge ensure that you never have to leave your sanctuary unless adventure calls.

Just outside the suite, a TV lounge awaits, complete with a 65” Smart TV, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and a queen-sized pull-out sectional—perfect for late-night movies or gaming marathons.

LOWER LEVEL

The lower level of the estate offers a peaceful retreat for rest and relaxation. Here, three additional king bedrooms each provide their own charm—one with its own ensuite bath, all offering breathtaking close-up red rock views. A shared beautifully designed bathroom completes this level, ensuring comfort for all.


OUTSIDE

Outside, Sedona’s beauty unfolds in every direction. The wraparound flagstone patio invites you to breathe in the crisp desert air, as you soak in the 8-person jetted hot tub, sharing stories beneath a sky full of stars! Gather around the wood-burning chiminea, its flames flickering against the red rocks, or savor a delicious meal at the outdoor bar-top for eight or the dining table for six, with the scent of grilled delicacies drifting from the Weber propane grill!

Guests have access to the entire home and property except for locked supply closets.

We are not located onsite but are available remotely or in person as needed.

This home is located at the edge of a quiet neighborhood in the Village of Oak Creek. This is the newer area of Sedona with many highly rated restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, boutique stores, golf resorts, yoga studios, and more. Additionally, we are a short drive to the most well known hikes in Sedona, including Bell Rock, Courthouse Butte, and Cathedral Rock. You can expect less traffic and crowds here than in Uptown Sedona, but you are only a short drive to the main tourist attractions.

A car is required for commuting in Sedona. The property has a steep driveway up a hill. There is space to park up to 4 cars at the top of the driveway. Do not attempt to park more than 4 cars at the top of the driveway, there is not enough space to turn around.

This property is located on top of a steep hill with many steep drops. Children and infants must be attended at all times when on the exterior of the property.

This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am.

1. Only registered overnight guests are allowed at the property at all times. Please reach out for prior approval if you would like to have any additional guests or vendors (ex. private chef) at the property during your stay.
2. No smoking or vaping allowed inside or outside the property. If violated, there is a minimum charge of $2000 for deodorization.
3. This property is located in a high fire danger area, guests must use the chiminea responsibly. No additional firepits, candles, or open flames are allowed on the property.
