PROPERTY DISCLOSURE:
We employ security and safety measures for our guests and neighbors. Thus, the following devices are installed:

• 1 doorbell camera and 2 active cameras located at the driveway (1), and Front Door Area (1).
• Cameras are only activated by motion and will record video and audio for a short duration of time.
• All cameras are located on the exterior of the property and in no way/shape/form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7.
• Smart home device that detects noise decibel levels and smoke inside the home (living room). This device does not record video or audio (called Wynd Sentry).

HOUSE RULES:
• Please be respectful of the neighbors. Do not disturb or use the neighbor’s driveway. The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood.
• No loud noise or music past 9:00 PM.
A complaint from a neighbor will result in cancellation without refund.
• Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off the stove, oven, AC / heater.
• Do not set the AC thermostat below 67 degrees.
• No Smoking of any kind in the house.
A $1,000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present.
We reserve the right to cancel the reservation without refund.
• Check-in time is 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM
• No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
• No Pre-Checking Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee)
• No Pets
• No Parking anywhere other than the assigned spaces. Street parking not available and subject to a citation from the city. Any citations incurred are not covered by host.
• Check-out time is 10:00 AM


ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES & AGREEMENTS:

CONDITION OF PROPERTY:
Guests shall keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Household inventory and appliances shall be used conventionally and respectfully. Guests shall maintain a respectable level of cleanliness and tidiness in the home.

HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service. For a long-term stay (over 30 days) we have the option to request deep cleaning for a fee of $300 USD per cleaning. The cleaning process will be treated the same as a checkout and will take approximately 2-3 hours.

EVENTS AND COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY:
The following activities are prohibited without the written consent of the Homeowner and will incur location fees: filming, professional photography, coordinated events or parties, miscellaneous commercial activities, music recording, or endeavors which typically incur a location expense beyond lodging. Please contact the Host for location fees.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY:
This home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
