This place was very comfortable and beautifully maintained. The beds were very comfortable, and we could all walk to Case Western for our events. There was plenty of room for us to eat at the dining table and play board games in the living room. The neighborhood was quiet, day and night. The neighbors were friendly. We really appreciated that all rooms had ceiling fans and a/c which allowed us to keep the entire house temp comfortable.

What a timeless beauty! Words cannot describe what a previous property this is. The home is exactly as pictured. We had plenty of room for the 11 of us. Parking is plentiful on street or in the yard. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint. The home is minutes away from eateries and convenient from interstate.

The house was nice and clean on the inside. Could use a few updates on the inside and out. The neighborhood was ok. Communication with the property manager was very easy, and the replies were timely. Would definitely stay again.

The six bedrooms were the attraction: it was great not having to share a bed with anyone. Our host was very attentive and responded to our inquiries quickly. I recommend this house if you need a place to stay in Cleveland.

Our host was always prompt and helpful with our communications.  If you just need a place to sleep and maybe order a pizza in,it’s perfect.  There’s a large TV, andtvs in all the rooms (I think).  Thefridge is big, the kitchen not so much. But I think for the price it’s worth the value.  If you can’t do lots of stairs, get one ofthe bedrooms on the second floor, not on the third.  The beds were quite comfortable.  The hardwood floors are nice. I appreciated the amenities, like first aid supplies in thebathroom, and the washing machine and stain remover spray came in oh-so-handy fora “laundry emergency” situation we had involving a white skirt and marinarasauce.  I believe the neighborhood is mixed owners and renters.  It was a quiet area for us, yay.  We met the neighbor on one side, with thegarden, she was a delight.  The rental isvery close to the Gardens, the Museum, and the Cemetery, which was great forus, as tourists. - [ ]

The home is beautiful and Nico is a wonderful host. We had a hectic weekend, but anytime something came up with the property Nico was there to help. If my whole family ever needs to stay in Ohio again, I hope I can stay here once again! :)

The home was very clean, and we appreciated the fully stocked kitchen as well as the provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in case anything was forgotten. The owner was friendly, communicated well, and responded quickly to any questions we had. Nine of us stayed there while attending a concert at Huntington Bank Field, and the location was conveniently just 15 minutes away. There was also more than enough space for everyone to stay comfortably. We would absolutely stay here again in the future.
