If you haven’t tried the organized and flexible drop in Pickleball every morning during high season, it is a great way to meet people and learn Pickleball if you are a beginner and There is no charge.

Thank you for your 5 star review. We also love the spectacular sunsets every evening and also the sunrises in the mornings from the deck off the kitchen. Our wing unit is the only unit that has two decks in the South Seas Towers. Please come back again!

The problem was fixed. To switch from streaming apps to regular TV one must go to Satellite which is new.

It is unfortunate that you did not let us know of your issues with our condo. We stayed in our unit following you and we noticed the fan in the master bath needed servicing and have called to have it fixed. The shower water pressure is the way we like it but it is adjustable and we would have had maintenance show you how to adjust it for you. The major construction in the building is the installation of hurricane impact glass windows and sliding doors (or shutters) which is now required. They started at the top of the building and are working down floor by floor. Unfortunately they must have been near you when you were there. When we left last week they were down to the eight floor (which is 6 floors below us) and we could barely hear the noise. I must tell you that we are happy that there are rules at the pool to protect the safety of all guests. It is a short walk to the beach which is just outside the pool but the beach is wide and it’s a little walk to the edge of the water in the Gulf. Most people enjoy walking the beach. It might be better for your family to find a different condo the next time you book. We strive to give every guest a 5 star experience. Sorry you weren’t completely satisfied.

Thank you for your nice review. We're so glad you enjoyed our "magnificent sunset views" and "quiet". We also enjoy looking out at all the views from everywhere in the unit. I have looked into the "odor at times" in the unit and was told that maintenance was being done on the sewer lines. I want to assure you that it is not normal for this to occur since we have owned it since 2001 and have never experienced this or had a complaint in previous years. We do apologize for this and emphasize that this was a temporary occurrence. The beach chairs and chaise lounges belong to repeat renters who come every year for 7 weeks. They leave them in the unit for others to enjoy. I will contact them to let them know I will replace them with better chairs at my expense. I hope that you knew that there are hard-tru tennis courts, boat docks, shuffle board and bocchi ball courts very close by to our unit on South Seas premises. We too, like the fact that it is more remote at our end of the beach with no other high rise buildings north of us to block our views from every room in the condo. I'm so glad the odor from the dishwasher went away after running hot water down the drain. We are determined to figure it out. When someone was there May 8-16 right before you they did not smell an odor at all. The $20 fee paid at the office should have been for parking for your entire stay.
