The house was great for our family while we were in Springfield! Plenty of space for us all to spread out, beds for everyone, all the little things taken care of like towels, fully stocked kitchen, extra blankets, tvs in all rooms, and games for the family made the stay perfect!

Great place for families!!

The house had everything we needed for our family! We had plenty of room, comfortable beds, TVs in every room, fully stocked kitchen, large dining room, game room, and a major plus for our family was plenty of parking! We will definitely stay again when we come back into town!

The pictures does not do this home justice!!! The kitchen is large with everything you need. The spacious bedrooms was perfect for our large group. The home was clean and the owner was a dream to work with. I highly recommend this home. I will definitely be back next year

Horse Show

We stayed in Springfield for a horse show at the fairgrounds. This house was less than a mile away and worked perfect for our group. Beautiful house with everything you need.

This is a beautiful property that accommodated all of our needs. The owner was great at communicating with us and replies very quickly. The neighborhood is very quiet and neighbors were friendly. I would highly recommend this property!

Pig Show

All I can say is…….. WoW!! As soon as you walk in the house it feels like home. And Matt is amazing to work with, communication is fabulous, was concerned about our comfort during the heat wave, went above and beyond for us. We were coming in for a pig show and were arriving earlier than we could get on the fairgrounds and he made sure we were able to park our truck and trailer with pigs on at the house for a short time.

A Respite During Our Family Reunion

Our family was holding its semi-annual reunion at the family farm which is just outside of Springfield. Over 100 people came from many distances, one cousin even from Australia. The immediate members of my family who were able to attend included my wife, our two sons, and our daughter and her family. The house was ideally located for us, being about ten to fifteen minutes from the various sites that our four day stay would encompass. We didn't host any of the activities but had we chosen to do so the house offered a large dining area and kitchen, as well as spacious play room. There were three bedrooms with a master bed and two rooms with two standard beds each. We appreciated all of the amenities available in the kitchen with a variety of hot beverages and snacks. Everything that we might find in our home appeared to be there, for cooking and eating as well bathroom needs. Its location in a neighborhood community was not a negative for us as we spent most of the stay at other locations, including the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum. If we were to be planning another stay in the area we would be quite happy to have this home available.
