The Space:

Morning light settles over the surrounding hills, the wind whispering through the trees as you step onto the balcony and take in the sweeping mountain view. Inside, the glow of the fireplace and the gentle hum of the indoor pool create a warm backdrop for relaxed mornings and lively evenings. Whether you dive into the heated pool at sunrise or unwind in the hot tub as the sun dips behind the peaks, the chalet invites you to linger in comfort and connection.



Sleeping arrangements

Spread across three levels, the chalet offers five private bedrooms and additional sleeping spaces for up to 20 guests. The first‑floor bedroom features a queen bed beside a bathroom with dual entry that serves the pool and theater areas. Two second‑floor guest suites each hold a king bed; one includes a sleeper sofa, while the other shares its ensuite bathroom with the living room. The top level provides a king‑bed suite and another suite with a king bed plus a queen‑over‑queen bunk bed. The game room adds a twin‑over‑twin bunk bed and a sleeper sofa, with access to a full bathroom. High chair, pack‑n‑play, and a dedicated playroom make the space family‑ready.



Indoor amenities

The indoor pool stays comfortably warm at 82 °F year‑round, inviting a swim any day. A private indoor theater with an 85‑inch screen and sound system offers movie nights, while the game room is stocked with a console, arcade games, shuffleboard, and friendly competition. Wi‑Fi, a dedicated workspace, TV, room‑darkening shades, washer, dryer, heating and air conditioning keep daily life seamless.



Kitchen & dining

A fully appointed kitchen on the second floor accommodates large groups, with a dining table for shared meals. Essentials include a coffee maker, cooking basics, dishes, silverware, refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, mini‑fridge, toaster, blender, and wine glasses.



Outdoor living

Even in cooler months the fire pit becomes a natural gathering spot, and the balcony offers elevated mountain vistas. Outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and a BBQ grill provide options for sunny days when the weather allows.

The community amenity park is now open and available to the guest at no additional charge and it is included free with your stay.



NEED MORE SPACE?

We have 8 properties in the Smith Creek Reserve resort and we can accommodate your group of up to 180 guests all within walking distance of each other and we also offer side by side cabins if you need more than 1 cabin. Ask us for additional info.



Restricted Check In/Out Days - Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day. You may not check in our out on these holiday days.



Starter Pack and Linens: Included are towels, hand towels, washcloths, sheets, quilts, extra blankets, pillows, and more. You will receive a sponge, dishwasher pods, detergent pods, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and other extras we like to surprise you with.
