The property features two pools, one of which is a spacious 5,000 sq. ft. resort-style zero-entry pool, providing ample space for relaxation and recreation.

The rental includes a selection of board games, puzzles, and books for guests to enjoy during their stay. These amenities provide options for entertainment and relaxation, suitable for all ages.

BEACHES:
There are several beaches you can access within a 3 mile distance.
Below is a summary:
* Gulf Lakes beach access is half a mile east of Prominence. There is bike parking, a shower, and beach service provided here. There are no restrooms or parking for cars. This is a favorite of ours.
* Walton Dunes beach access is a great one and only 3 or so miles from Sandy Bottoms 30A. This is a favorite as it does not require stairs or bridge, has a nice, wide access, and parking is close by
* Deer Lake is the closest access at just under 1 mile away. It has been recently renovated with great parking and nice restrooms. The boardwalk to the beach is long and they do close the gates when the parking lot is full.
* Eastern Lake is a beautiful beach with a Dune Lake and the beach! There is also parking for the golf cart or car. The left side will require that you walk over "Eastern Lake". If you walk to the right, there is an access that does not require walking across the lake, but you will have to walk back to the left after you access because you can't set up in front of the condos.
* Santa Clara AKA Bramble Grove is 3.5 miles from Sandy Bottoms 30A and has nice bathrooms and parking with easy access.
* Inlet Beach: 4 miles from Prominence. Parking and restrooms
