A little about us: Raïm blanc means white grapes in Valenciano—a homage to the native language and the assortment of white grapes grown in the region. The hotel is completely remodeled and renovated in a 100+ year-old bodega. We have made all efforts to preserve the historic exposed bricks, which give the space a unique look. Adorning the courtyard is a 100-year-old olive tree.

We are not just a hotel. We also curate exclusive 3-–to 4-day packages that blend the beauty of the outdoors with the richness of wine culture. Picture yourself exploring exclusive vineyards one day and hiking in a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, Hoces Natural Park, the next day. Our hotel restaurant uses the freshest ingredients from the region to make delicious meals. As a result, we change our menus seasonally. Your palate and stomach will be thankful.
