This is a beautiful back yard apartment that shares a 1.75 acres with a front house that’s being remodeled, and an rv that will be removed soon. beautiful tall trees squirrels and singing birds visiting the propriety early mornings while you enjoy a cup of coffee.

Your welcome to use any of the items in the apartment as they all are for guest use, toaster, blender, microwave, stove, coffee maker, coffee, extra clean sheets, towels, and blankets on the shelf, a few books and board games, perfect for someone coming to the area for work or visiting family and needing a private place to stay.
