Condo entrance is located on the 2nd floor of a three story building. Requires a flight of stairs to enter. We are pet friendly; dogs only, no pee pad, 60lbs or less, pets must be crated when left alone (crate provided), clean up after your pet, pet fee must be paid.

*Sleeping Areas:
Located on the first floor, bedroom #1 is furnished with a King-size bed, flatscreen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and powder room area.
Bedroom #2 also has a King bed and flatscreen tv.

Upstairs bedroom #3 has a Queen size bed and twin bunks. The loft area has two additional Queen beds.

There are two additional bathrooms, one near the 2nd bedroom downstairs and the other upstairs, both with shower/tub combos.

*Entertainment inside the condo:
High-speed WiFi for internet access.
Game space in the loft includes; mini putting green, large smart TV, Karaoke machine, poker table, multi-game arcade machine, wall games including Connect Four and magnetic Tic-Tac-Toe, Mini Basketball, Wall Hook Hockey, Wall Ring Toss, Bean Toss and various board games.
Wet Bar with beverage fridge.

THINGS TO NOTE:
The communal outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Indoor heated pool and hot tub. are open year round.

- Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the Pointe Royale Resort HOA. They do their best to keep all amenities working properly. The property owners are not responsible or liable for any refunds due to the event that any amenities are closed for any reason.

A starter kit is included (3 rolls of toilet paper/bathroom, 2 paper towel rolls, several dishwasher and detergent pods, several k-cups, 4 coffee packs). Shampoo, conditioner and body wash and hand soap are provided.
