Hi Lisa, thank you for the 5-star rating! I hope to host you again!

Thank you for your kind words and for highlighting what you enjoyed about the home. I am very glad to hear that the accessibility features were helpful and made her stay more comfortable! I appreciate your suggestion about adding a roof over the handicap ramp. The home was designed and maintained to meet accessibility needs while also staying compliant with building codes and community guidelines. At this time, a covered ramp is not part of the structure, but I do everything I can to keep the property safe and accessible for all guests. I also provide details in the listing so that guests know exactly what to expect before arrival. I always welcome thoughtful suggestions from guests, and I am glad you shared this idea. My goal is for everyone to have a comfortable, enjoyable experience, and I am pleased that you found the home well cared for and conveniently located near the beach and shops.

Thank you, Jennifer! I am glad the home had plenty of room for the whole family including the pup, and that any issues were taken care of quickly. I would love to host you all again sometime!

Thanks for your feedback Teresa! We're so glad you enjoyed the ocean views, hot tub, beach access, and outdoor spaces. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts about the home as well. Since we didn't hear about the maintenance items during your stay, we weren't able to address them while you were there, but we appreciate you bringing them to our attention so they can be reviewed by our team. We also understand that homes at the beach require ongoing upkeep, and feedback like yours helps us prioritize those improvements. Thanks again for staying with us, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.

Thanks so much for the 5-star rating! I’m really glad you enjoyed your stay and would love to have you back anytime!

Thank you so much for the 5-star review! I really appreciate it and would be happy to host you again anytime.

Hi Megan, Thank you for your review! I appreciate the great rating, though I would love to know how we can improve to earn that fifth star. If there’s anything specific that could have made your stay even better, please feel free to share as I did not hear from you during your stay.
