Nice economic condo-

Condo was as described. The living area was small but we enjoyed most of our time at the beach, so this really wasn't an issue. It was convienient to walked to a few of restaurants and shops.

Broken ladder, no wifi and not very clean

Top bunk had a ladder not attached to the bed. Had a bracket to look like it was attached but when my son went to climb on it slid out from under his legs. He hit his ribs on the railing. Maintenance came and fixed it as soon as they were aware of the issue but it should never have been an issue. Floors were very sticky. Overall did not feel very clean. Only two burners on the stove worked. None of them were attached and when we plugged them in only two small ones worked. Making spaghetti was difficult on small burners. Lastly no wifi. Maybe it stated it somewhere in the fine print but I would just assume in this day and age that all places have wifi connection.. when I asked I was told owner could not figure out how to share password. We have come to Gulf Shores as a family for the last 10 years. Stayed in multiple locations. So we have had many experiences. Just a recommendation for owner to invest a little and update your property. It would make a huge difference. Paint and some newer furniture make a huge impact.

We had a great time. The house was just across the street from the beach. We had a problem with the stove, but called the building manager & they sent someone to fix it right away.

Nice family friendly condo.

The bunk beds were great for our family and overall we had just enough room for 5 of us. The pool was nice and the walk across the street to the beach wasn’t bad at all. The main thing we didn’t like was the parking. It was a very skinny spot that we could barely get into so if you have a wide vehicle, be warned.

This was a wonderful property, SunCoast made checkin, checkout so easy. Had a small issue with the cable box and the response was quick and professional. I look forward to my next visit to Gulf Shores and plan to use this location again!!!!

Clean and close to everything

Property was clean, and had everything we needed. Parking was somewhat difficult with a larger SUV due to the layout of the complex. Cable was out, but owner compensated with a gift card to a local restaurant. We were able to use Netflix on one tv.

The inside was dirty. Trash under the living room TV. A pair of underwear found under a bed. It didn’t appear anything had been dusted. Fan had never been dusted. Blinds need dusted and inside doors wiped down. Balcony chair was rusted and broken. Good location if not on the beach. Check in and check out was easy.

Condo was nice enough. Wi-Fi sporadic. Parking is terrible if you drive a large SUV or minivan.

I was not overly impressed with this rental. The property is what is shown in the pictures. The location is excellent. The walk to the beach is short and pleasant. There is a crosswalk nearby. No complaints there. However, we had to make a 90° turn into a seven and a half foot parking spot. This is a problem if you have a minivan or large SUV. This should be stated on the listing. The Wi-Fi never worked well for us. We contacted the rental company and they were very courteous and did what they could. However the fault was with the communications company and they never corrected it for us. Would not rent this again! I have been renting through VRBO for several years and this has been the worst experience I've had to date.

Absolutly loved it

Location is perfect, close enough to walk to everything, and the unit it self had everything we needed. I really enjoyed the 3rd floor balcony with its great breeze for morning coffee. We spent most days on the beach and nights at the hangout and the local restaurants, great vacation. Checking in and out was a breeze, I would defiantly stay here again. Only issue was Wifi, had to call support but they fixed it right away.

Decent accommodations, but not GREAT

The condo size fit our family very well (2 adults, a 15 year-old, a 12-year-old and a 7-year-old). The bedroom with the 2 bunk beds was great. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and any appliance you could need. My biggest complaint however was that it the entire condo was not very clean. The walls, cabinets, and appliances didn't appear that they had been wiped down in a long time. To illustrate the lack of cleaning, I was surprised on our first morning to find old coffee still in the coffeepot. This seems like a simple thing to remember to clean. Because I like to clean and am most comfortable when my surroundings are cleaned to my satisfaction, I would have appreciated having a few basic cleaning supplies in the condo that i could use, but there was nothing beyond a broom. It was nice to be able to walk across the street to the beach and we loved having the wagon, chairs and boogie boards to use from the "garage" down below. We also bought a beach umbrella and left that behind for the others to use.

Home away from home

My family absolutely loved it.it was very beautiful and relaxing.a true vacation.the condo was very clean and although we brought our own dishes we really didn't need to the condo had everything we needed.I'm looking forward to my next vacation.I'll definitely be renting again.

Just Right

Would stay here again. Couple of problems we did have maintenance came right out to fix. Only problem that wasn't fixable was the parking. If you have a large vehicle I wouldn't recommend. Also there's no television in 2nd bedroom and if you have small kids the stairs could be problem. Overall enjoyed our stay. Clean and beach right across the street
