Boasting three dreamy bedrooms and two and a half baths, it's the ultimate chill-out zone. Just a short 13-minute drive lands you at the Saratoga Racetrack and buzzing downtown Saratoga Springs. Or if beach vibes are calling your name, Moreau State Park is practically around the corner and beautiful Lake George a short drive. Though in a neighborhood it feels like you are in a country setting due to the heavily wooded rear of the property.

Step into our stylish pad with an open layout, perfect for hosting. Picture lofty ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace, and heavenly central air conditioning. The spacious eat-in kitchen is a feast for the eyes, with a table that seats eight with ease. And for larger dinner parties, the dining room table can welcome another 8 guests with open arms. Need extra snooze spots? No problem! We have three queen-sized air mattresses on standby with full linens.
