The den opens onto the patio with retractable awning and expansive backyard with firepit, Adirondack chairs, and backyard games.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, with quality new mattresses, pillows, and linens, with ample storage space in closets and dressers empty and ready to use. The primary bedroom has a queen and a full bed to sleep up to four, with a large closet, dresser and nightstand, as well as a ceiling fan. The second bedroom is a twin over full bunkbed with a twin trundle, to sleep up to four, with a large closet, dresser, and ceiling fan. The third large bedroom has a xl twin over queen bunk bed, as well as a xl twin bed to sleep up to five. There is also a second full bathroom upstairs with tub and shower, plenty of towels and washcloths, toilet paper, hairdryer, and some toiletries to start with.

Parking available for up to 4 cars in driveway and single attached garage. 6 minute walk to the center of the village (bars, restaurants, live music, festivals, spas, shopping, grocery store, playground, skate park, and more) or 6 min drive to Holiday Valley for skiing, sledding, mountain biking, pools, hiking, mountain coaster, zip-lining, high rope course and more!
