There is a ton to do on High Street and the up-and-coming N. 4th Street. It's super easy to get around using any GPS mapping.

Local Tip: Columbus meter maids love to give tickets- read the parking street signs in the downtown area and on neighborhood streets!

🪪 Booking Requirements
For security purposes, we require a photo and valid driver’s license during the booking process.

We are not currently hosting local residents. Thank you for understanding.

👥 Guest Count & Additional Guest Fees
The home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests in beds.
There is a small nightly fee for each guest starting with the 7th.
This fee helps cover additional cleaning and utility costs and will automatically appear in your quote when the correct number of guests is entered in your reservation or inquiry.
Only registered, paying overnight guests are permitted on the property.
Please make sure your guest count is accurate prior to arrival. Refunds for guest fees are at the host’s discretion.

🏘️ Shared Spaces
There is a carriage house apartment located above the garage that shares the backyard space.
This area is occasionally accessed in the morning and evening by our team or family. You may see them passing through or spending brief time outside.

🔇 Quiet Hours & Noise Monitoring
We observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for guests and neighbors.
A noise monitor is installed to detect volume levels (not record sound). This helps keep everyone comfortable.
If there’s ever a concern, feel free to reach out—we’ll do the same if needed.

🧴 Essentials Provided
We provide starter quantities of key supplies to get you going:
- Toilet paper, paper towels, dish pods, laundry pods (typically 2 of each)
- Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
- Coffee, creamer, and basic kitchen items
For longer stays or extra needs, we kindly ask that you pick up any additional supplies. This helps us keep the home affordable and eco-friendly for all guests.

Please note that the home is not wheelchair accessible.
There are steps at both the front and back entrances.

🐾 Allergy & Sensitivity Disclaimer
While we make every effort to keep the home clean, we cannot guarantee that it is free from:
- Pet dander
- Cigarette smoke residue
- Cleaning product scents or air fresheners
- Guests with severe allergies or sensitivities should take this into consideration before booking.

*Parking Details*
Parking is available for 3 vehicles:
- 2 in the garage (fits mid-size SUVs and trucks or smaller)
- 1 on the concrete pad directly behind the garage
- Oversized vehicles or those with roof racks may not fit in the garage.
- On-street parking is available for $5/day through the City’s permit system—contact us in advance to register your vehicle.

🛡️ Damage Waiver & Fees
A $129 non-refundable Damage Waiver is required for all reservations.
This covers up to $1,500 in accidental damage.
Damages caused by intentional acts or negligence are not covered and are the responsibility of the guest.
If ozone treatment is required due to strong odors (including smoke or heavy scents), a $500 fee will apply.
