This is a duplex offering 1500 SQ FT on the 2nd floor of a raised-ranch style house. Use the front door, then just 6 steps up to the living area which includes a living room, large dining room with a vintage cherry 8-seating table, well outfitted kitchen with a double oven, large refrigerator, microwave. The kitchen is also well-equipped with a variety of small appliances to make your stay comfortable and convenient. It includes a Ninja Kitchen System, a coffee center with expresso, drip and steamer, 4 slice toaster, pressure cooker, and many more. Everything you need to prepare delicious meals is right here. Basic pantry food items are on hand including coffee, tea, creamer, spices & condiments.
The 3 bedrooms are all equipped with queen-sized beds. The 2 bathrooms have wall mounted dispensers filled with body wash, shampoo and conditioner.
The covered deck has a relaxing hot tub for you to enjoy. You can find the spa towels located outside of the bedrooms.
The fenced-in backyard is perfect for your pet. The height of the fence is only 32” a large energetic dog will jump the fence with ease.
The lower level is an accounting office open Mon – Fri 8 am to 4 pm.
