Beautiful cottage perfectly located

We stand and Lisa beautiful cottage for one week in August. It was a beautiful experience as the cottage has a nice garden and is perfectly located to Nauset Beach. The property is very clean and in very good condition. We enjoyed our mornings and evenings in the gorgeous living room..

Stairs without railings were difficult for older folks. Pushed the recycle bin up next to the stairs and used it as a hand rail. Could use more lighting in the living room. Overall, we had a great time.

Wonderful get away

Family Time

Loved the house and the location. Very clean and loved the decor. Very comfortable. Kitchen very well equipped. The only bad thing was that there was an ice cream parlor only about a 5 minute walk from the house!!! And they were open til 10 at night!! Took many walks!! Thank you for a great week!

Quiet, Clean + Quaint

From the moment we pulled up to the house we knew it would be perfect for us! Just the right size to land for our week vacation in Orleans. Walk to Nauset Farms, ice cream, shopping and restaurants. Also great location for visits to Nauset and Skaket. Very clean and well maintained.

Lovely house in great location

The kitchen and living room had plenty of room for a family of four. The master bedroom is a good size with a bonus seating area. The second bedroom worked perfectly for our two kids with two twin beds. The single bathroom is just fine and the shower water pressure is very good. The A/C units are a great bonus -- they're not super strong but they got the job done. The washer and dryer are also a great bonus and they're on the first floor rather than in the basement. They're on the smaller side but, again, they got the job done. The garage is super functional -- it had plenty of space to store our four bikes. The backyard is huge and fenced in -- we had a lot of fun playing soccer and frisbee back there. There are also picnic tables, an umbrella, a firepit, and a grill that we didn't use but all looked to be in great condition. The house is well-stocked. Plenty of items in the kitchen and, in the garage, chairs and toys for the beach. We also used the soccer ball and saw a wiffle bat and balls. The location is great. A one-minute walk to Nauset Farms. There are also a couple of restaurants very close by that we didn't make it to. Orleans Center is five minutes by car -- restaurants, shops, mini golf, and the rail trail. Nauset Beach is also close by although we didn't make it there either. Instead we made several trips to Skaket Beach -- a ten-minute drive. It's also a quick trip up route 6 into Eastham and Wellfleet for more restaurants, mini golf, and the Mass Audubon sanctuary. Lisette responded to all questions quickly and graciously. We've stayed on Cape Cod for four trips over the years and this was my favorite house so far.

Perfect for enjoying the last weeks of summer

The house was comfortable, clean and convenient for our two week stay. The owner was very communicative and flexible when there was bad weather predicted for the day we were supposed to check in. The house had all the amenities we needed and was a relaxing spot on rainy days when we couldn't go to the beach. Highly recommend this property!

Nice Place

The house was adorable and well appointed with comfortable beds and a great kitchen. TV has a Roku box that easily allows logging into your subscribed apps. Lisette was very responsive to messages. Of note- for bed linens, bring blankets as well as sheets. Nauset beach is a short drive but costs $30 to park; parking is free after 4:30 pm.

Charming cottage

We’ve have been traveling to east orleans for the past 11 years and this was the best rental !! Right off beach rd easy access to run , walk or ride your bike , walking distance to our favorite nauset farms ,less than 5 min car ride to the beach . The cottage was clean and had everything we needed , only wish they had an outdoor shower but that wasn’t a big deal , will stay here again !

Perfect Orleans get away.

This house is in a perfect location with walking distance to a gourmet grocery store, ice cream and a few restaurants. Check in was very easy. House was nice and clean and set up easy for guests to unpack and place their personal items on hooks/cubbies. Lizette was very responsive and fixed any issues we had (kitchen faucet leaked) immediately. The house functioned great for my family of four for the three weeks we were there. Would rent this again next year assuming our plans are the same! Thank you.

Great home base for a week on the cape!

We had a great week at this house. It was in great shape (super clean) on arrival. Four our family of four, this was a perfect location near our favorite beaches and eateries. Lisette was easy to communicate with before and during our stay, although we never needed her after checkin. Happy to give a great recommendation!

Wonderful home (especially for kids)

Lisette’s home is clean, lovely, modern and nicely located. There is a large back yard for kids and is within easy biking distance to bayside and Oceanside beaches. Beds are comfortable, kitchen appliances are modern, dishware are nice and there is even a selection of large pots for lobster boils! Perfect size for a single family. The washing machine was not functional at the time of our rental, which was the only down side. Overall, highly recommended!

A gem of a house

Our family had the best stay at this wonderful house. From the beginning, Lisette was so responsive and pleasant to work with. The house is exactly as pictured and and close to everything in Orleans. As others have mentioned- it's centrally located while still being private and quiet. The well equipped kitchen, air conditioning/fans, and beach gear/toys were greatly appreciated. Awesome Stay

Our family of four had an awesome stay. The place was perfect for us and had everything we could need to make our stay enjoyable. The kitchen was well appointed and we took advantage of the grill as well. The location was near some many of places we frequented, i.e., Nauset Beach, Nauset Farms, ice cream shops and restaurants with easy access to all in Orleans and near by Eastham/Coast Guard Beach. Though there was so much near by, the home is on a quiet street. The house even had beach chairs and other gear. We could not ask for anything more. Even the weather was incredible. We appreciate you sharing your lovely place.

Lovely cottage close to all amenities of interest, including the ocean!

The house is charming and well appointed. There were 5 of staying for a week and despite my concerns that it would be tight quarters, we were very comfortable. The cottage is close to all amenities, including groceries, awesome Nauset beach and, most importantly, an ice cream shop!!! Lisette was super accessible and responded to messages quickly. This is our third stay on Cape Cod and we have all decided that it was by far the best location so far!

Perfect

We are a small family of three and this house perfectly met our needs. The location is great...minutes to Nauset Beach and Orleans Center...walking distance to a general store, pizza place, and sundae school ice cream. The interior is updated, neat, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen has an array of good quality pots, pans and utensils. The appliances are all in good shape and the air conditioner came in handy as it was quite a hot week. We found the mattress in the master bedroom to be super comfortable. The WiFi was reliable, unlike some other recent rentals we've tried. Outside, we enjoyed the grill and picnic table. The garage was very useful for storing beach gear. We're looking forward to returning next summer.

Quaint & Clean Cottage

The cottage was clean, nicely furnished and just the right size for two adults and two young boys. Everything was immaculate when we arrived. The decor was nautical-themed, and welcoming. The boys had plenty of room in the second bedroom to keep their things. They appreciated the air-conditioning at night, although it was not usually needed. The master bedroom had a cozy sitting area, which was a great spot to unwind in the evening and the queen bed was very comfortable. Lisette, the owner, was quick and courteous in her correspondence. She also left a binder of basic information about the property, and many travel guides and menus, which helped us enjoy our stay. The location is also very convenient to area beaches, shopping, and restaurants. I highly recommend this cute cottage!
